Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. The Lodge at River Valley Farm opened in the Fall of 2015 and was once a real working farm in the 1940’s for descendants of the Ball (yes, Ball jar!) family. Located in quaint Yorktown, Indiana, The Lodge sits on fifty acres surrounded by farm fields and woods, yet just a few miles from bustling Muncie. The property still houses the beautifully restored farmhouse from the 1850’s with all the modern amenities to fit in to a busy bride’s day of readiness. The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!
