A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. But not all events require full ballpark takeovers, which is why the club level is made available for business meetings in a luxury suite or a larger general assemblies in the Brauer Lounge.

The Bedford Event Venue is located perfectly in the crossroads of Green Hills, Downtown Nashville and Brentwood. Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows overlooking Nashville's downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of the administrative building of what used to be Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we offer an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you will also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide a Ready Room, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror. Room With A View has an open vendor policy, so your special day 100% reflects you.

Our beautiful space is located in the rolling hills of Franklin, TN. Sitting in the middle of a 27 hole golf course with gorgeous views. We have a max capacity of 150 in our space, but we have a beautiful patio space and grille area to expand too as well. Tour our space to see all the events you could host here!

Located in the Nations Neighborhood of Nashville, we offer two venues in one space: Nicky's Coal Fired, which can host up to 150, and The Maxwell Room, which can host up to 90. When you host your event with us, pricing is all inclusive. That means every dollar spent will go towards your event- no booking fee, room charge, or empty expenses.
