A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. On the 3rd floor of the administrative building of what used to be Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we offer an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you will also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide a Ready Room, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror.
