The Summit Lodge is an exclusive resort. We will only host one wedding per weekend. The entire property is yours for up to 4 days and 3 nights! We can host 50 to 200 people for your ceremony and reception, and can house up to 130 in our cozy lodge. We have 10 acres of beautifully manicured grounds with tons of charm and character inside and out. Outside there are 2 beautiful saltwater pools, fire pit, life-size chess/checkers, horseshoes, corn-hole, shuffleboard, bocce, and an oversized chef’s grill that’s perfect for welcome parties and back yard barbecues. Inside we have O’Dwyer’s Poolside Bar, perfect for cocktail hour, welcome parties, and outside dining. O’Dwyer’s Pub is the ideal spot for rehearsal dinners and after parties. We boast a 15-person saltwater hot tub, billiards, darts, and a photo booth. Stream your ceremony in real time with sound for those who are unable to be with you on your special day.

Fox Run was originally opened in 1969 as a 9-hole executive golf course located on the 150-acre Moore Family dairy farm in Ludlow, Vermont. Local Ludlow resident, Stan Johnson, was hired to design and build the original layout. Current ownership purchased the stunning property with a clear vision; to create a world class golf club, restaurant and wedding and special event facilities that would capture the natural beauty and essence that is Vermont in the picturesque town of Ludlow. The authenticity of these structures has been painstakingly maintained and guarded since 1965. The Whitehall Armory was originally built in 1899 to repel attacks from the English if they were to return to New York by way of Lake Champlain. Recently remodeled in 2023, it is furnished with fine antiques and many rare and beautiful works of art. The bridal sweet is 2000 square feet and is simply stunning. The Grand Hall is 12,000 square feet with 35 foot ceilings of solid woods and structural steel. Is it really pink? Yes! After painting an old barn red, the original owners realized they wouldn't have enough red paint left over to completely cover the house. Rather than buy more paint, they opted instead to add in the excess white paint they had lying around and voilà, a pink house!

For larger, tented events mid-May to mid-October, $2800 includes 95 photo-op acres of hiking trails, forest, two ponds, plus vendor recommendations. A third option is a tented event on the bank of their large pond for 11-30 people.
