Guests love the unique, historic setting and clients love the curated vendor services that allow them to relax and enjoy the planning process leading to a beautiful and effortless wedding day. Your experienced and professional wedding planning and coordination team will ensure a seamless event down to every last delicious detail. Weddings include wedding design, planning and coordination, exclusive use of all Sand Rock Farm venue spaces for six hours of event time, complimentary custom wedding cake, cafe lighting, wine barrel cocktail tables, rustic wood bars, fire pit lounge, restrooms, and venue management. Clients work with preferred vendors for catering, sound/music, floral design and shuttle services. A lodging buyout is optional. Sand Rock Farm is also a great location for romantic elopements, engagement photo shoots, retreats, corporate events and film shoots.

Movin' & Shakin' offer a retro mobile bar trailer and bartending service for weddings on the central California coast. We provide award-winning bartenders, custom cocktail menus, local beer and wine, premium customer service and even a portable wood bar for indoor gatherings.

My love affair with sound quality and music spans over two decades. I worked as a soundboard engineer in radio that has taught me the importance of delivering smooth broadcasts, a skillset I now bring to events in diverse venues, from conference rooms, ceremonies and wedding receptions. We understands the financial burden that comes with event planning, and are committed to offering exceptional sound quality. I embody the 'show must go on' philosophy. Each event's uniqueness demands adaptability in the face of unforeseen circumstances, allowing me to navigate challenges effectively. As a professional DJ, having a backup plan is essential.

Valencia Hall is a popular location for weddings, parties and meetings. The Valencia Hall and historic General Store/Post Office are the last two remnants of Frederick Hihn's logging community of Valencia. Built by Hihn in the early 1880's, these historic buildings allowed the community to gather for a variety of events. Following in this tradition, Santa Cruz County Parks offers this unique facility for your special event.

Tucked away in the former Aptos Village, this lush, 10-acre park offers a breathtaking outdoor venue. The charming clubhouse and picturesque park is located between the beaches and hills of Aptos, just steps off the highway and minutes from downtown Santa Cruz. The spacious, grassy lawn is a charming location for an outdoor ceremony, and your guests will enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook that lines the park. Tall, green trees frame the lawn and surrounding area, and happy birds tweet a song just for you on your special day under a cloudless blue sky. A sweet gazebo makes your fantasy ceremony come alive, and your guests will enjoy the festivities inside the grand hall. The lovely stone patio will be filled with the people you love enjoying themselves as they celebrate your love while dining and dancing.

Nestled along the dramatic cliffs and gorgeous white-sand beaches of the Central California Coast, Carmel Fields by Wedgewood Weddings boasts exceptional views across Monterey County. Choose from either the garden ceremony site set alongside Palo Corona Regional Park - an area of outstanding natural beauty - or head down to nearby Monastery Beach for a toes-in-the-sand beach wedding ceremony. Then, settle into your choice of elegant reception rooms, where the modern chandeliers and bistro lights provide a romantic glow guaranteed to make everyone feel the love.

Spread over 25 acres of gardens, The Brothers Ranch features palms, tropical flowers, and bamboo that helps transport couples and their guests to another place. This lush landscape serves to enhance a couple’s wedding theme and is complete with a refurbished courtyard and barn. The Brothers Ranch has multiple ceremony and reception areas to choose from, both inside and out. In addition, there is a bar, full kitchen, and designated dressing rooms, along with the sensory-indulging gardens. Up to 400 people can gather at this venue. Soon-to-be-weds can choose their own caterer to be approved by the ranch, allowing the pair to customize their day to their tastes and preferences. Parking is available, with overflow as well. There is only one event planned per day, and the couple has the day before and after the event for setting and cleaning up. The staff is eager to help couples achieve the wedding day they have always wanted!

Working with flowers, and making events beautiful for her clients, has provided Karla with an outlet that is very fulfilling for her. It creates a balance, and zen for her, which fills, balances, and feeds her soul.

I've been a HMUA for a little over 14 years, worked in the big city (LA) and now back in my hometown raising our 2 littles doing what I love most! I've worked all over the industry! I'm a licensed esthetician and really have found my happy place here with all my beautiful brides! I still love working on sets, all sorts of events but there's just something about being there for someone on their big day that never gets old. I've been a bride myself and can attest to the overwhelming mix of emotions that come with planning such an important day.
