The Sunkist Warehouse is the best venue in Mesa to hold unforgettable and unique events. Originally built in the early 1920’s as a packing and processing plant for Sunkist, this building steals the hearts of everyone who enters.

As a Smithsonian Affiliate with award-winning architecture and landscape design, the museum provides an exceptionally unique environment that showcases the beauty and history of the American West. Rent it for your private and corporate events, weddings and celebrations, business meetings, presentations, performances, holiday parties and more. Groups who choose to reserve the museum’s facilities for private use are also granted access to the building’s galleries for the duration of the event. Upon request, museum staff can arrange for docents and/or gallery guides to be available at the time of an event for no extra fee.

Alwun House is a nonprofit arts organization set in an historic 1912 house in downtown Phoenix. The historic house is wrapped with patio gardens. This is an outdoor venue. Rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day. We do not provide services of setup nor packages for food or beverages.

Larger events and festivals will fit perfectly within the Lath Pavilion and surrounding lawns, while smaller events and festivals will work just as well on the porch of the Rosson House. We do not require renters to use preferred vendors for the sake of convenience, making this an excellent venue for creating an event that is uniquely yours.
