About this venue

The Historic Aspen Lodge in Alpine, AZ was built in 1959. It is 19 beautiful, wooded acres surrounded by Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. We often have elk & deer on the property. We are also a Guest Ranch and have horses and other livestock. If you are looking for a rustic, wooded, western or boho vibe, then look no further! We offer affordable packages & can lodge guests for a great destination wedding weekend. We can plan everything for you or you can DYI. We love being a part of your special day! Quiet, serene & wooded.

This outdoor ceremony space looks like Colorado or Oregon! It’s not typical Arizona desert. The rustic staircase and long aisle lead you to aspen benches and a large aspen alter. Fresh pine shavings and a burlap runner complete the space.

Our area behind the Lodge offers a glimpse of Escudilla Mountain and a grassy lawn with Aspen trees.

Bistro lights are hung to capture the magic of a mountain evening. Guests can also use the cozy Lodge with massive rock fireplace, the commercial kitchen and wraparound porch. Tables & chairs are included in all packages.
