Charlene was the essential glue to all our wedding events! Nothing was done by wedding venue, we had to coordinate every piece ourselves: food, music, ceremony, dance floor, alcohol, waiting staff, cakes, flowers, transportation and more (all of them from different vendors!) Because of that, we lacked an overseer who could help us ensure all the final details were on track and working right. Our conversations with Charlene leading up to the wedding put us at ease, because she saw things we didn't see and fleshed out our plans, covering all the nitty gritty details we barely had the energy for, and it was a HUGE LIFESAVER. Not only that, but Charlene also helped us out when we were in a pinch during the day of the wedding and after. She went above and beyond, and we're so, so grateful. If you are looking for someone with a "don't worry, I got this" approach and who delivers, BOOK LIV! Even if you think you have everything accounted for, you don't, but Liv does! Liv truly stepped up for the ceremony to make sure all of our requests happened, even with changes happening the day before. The reception was perfect and Liv made sure our vision became a reality. I brought a lot of extra decor so I'm sure it was not easy to set everything up, but Liv made it happen! I was able to enjoy the day and not fret about details. From venue changes to outfit changes to specifically timed songs to props - everything was coordinated perfectly. We cannot thank Liv enough for our wedding weekend :)

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

Corinne and Molly made our day so seamless to the point where my husband and I could focus on us and our guests. From our first meeting to the day, they worked through hiccups with vendors that we would have missed and gave us amazing recommendations to make our wedding day perfect. We came ready and prepared with all of our vendors, and they stitched up the final communications for the wedding and made it so seamless, even finding another vendor for napkins 2 hours before the day started because ours forgot them! Not only are they amazing coordinators, but they're amazing people. Any communication that we had with Corinne and/or Molly felt so curated to us, and although we knew that they were coordinating other weddings, it felt that they had all their efforts focused on us. We got married 2 weeks ago and cannot stop talking about how amazing our day was because of them! Fun story as well, my bustle kept falling every 10 seconds and right before our grand entrance I decided to just cut the dress, and Corinne came down with scissors ready to be a seamstress! Anything we needed they always said yes to and we could not have been more grateful to them.

Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. She did so much for us that I honestly cannot list it all. This girl LOVES her job and is out there to make your day happen. She is somehow everywhere all at once - but not in-your-face at all. She is super responsive, so detailed, and somehow, makes every interaction lovely and relaxed while also being firm and getting the job done. I especially loved that you coordinated A special dinner/boat cruise with live music/DJ with A live performance by the crew operating the boat amazing. Definitely can’t forget about the all white meet and greet that you put together For everyone to get Acquainted, Do are first toast, take lot’s and lot’s of pictures, laugh and Dance. Thank you For even organizing timeslots for rehearsals. Brenda you was definitely on top of your game even when it came down to table-settings chair covers table covers you was able to show us pictures of what it looks like as far as the set up goes the different layouts the price difference even the dance floor with are family name on it was a major hit. The photographer You connected us to was not playing around at all. The picture quality was just Amazing the drone photos plus the music video I’m speechless. The swim up option you presented I wouldn’t of wanted it any other way. Every night of our stay The endcap with just me and my wife in the water relaxing having great conversation listening to music you know that (R&B) Vibe and being able to order food And a bottle of champagne on ice Right to our back door Was an amazing experience Not just for me and my wife but for my family And friends as well. Brenda I can go on and on talking about July 4 2022 Oh my God I forgot about the fireworks that you talked us into getting it was absolutely Breathtaking out on the open sand The sounds of the ocean waves crashing in the beautiful bright lights in the dark skies from all the fireworks going up. I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. For busy people like my wife and me, it was a huge weight off our shoulders. We've watched all our friends plan their own weddings, and the stress it adds to your life just isn't worth it. You want to have fun, not a year's worth of additional chores. I could go on about how Catalina took our out-of-the-box ideas and brought them to life -- a movie poster, seconds looks that look like they belonged at the Met Gala, etc -- but the bottom line is this: she works unbelievably hard and dedicates the entire month leading up to your wedding for only you. On your big day, she is running around like a Taylor Swift concert coordinator, lining everything up so you just have to smile for the photos and remember your vows. We had so many friends who said our wedding was the most coordinated (and fun) they've ever been to. Others have told us how the event planner who came with their venue wasn't great. That person is looking out for the venue's interest, not yours, and often on the wedding day they'll disappear. Catalina is always within shouting distance and has eyes on you the whole time. The upfront cost of bringing on a planner is manageable. Find 10% of your wedding budget and dedicate it to her for the best results. Instead of fancy plates and tableware, go standard. Bring down the guest list if possible. Those sacrifices are worth it to afford her perfection.

We planned an outdoor wedding, and inevitably it was supposed to pour (thunder, lightning, flood, tornado warnings), and Marissa and her team worked from sunup to sundown to ensure that our day was exactly as we had imagined, rain or shine. Marissa was an advocate for my husband and I when difficult day-of -decisions needed to be made in relation to the rain, which allowed us to just “focus and take in the moment” which we are extremely grateful for. With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. This would not have happened without the expertise and dedication of Marissa and her team. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. Personally, the only downside I’ve found about working with Marissa has been the end of it all… because it feels kind of like I don’t have my best friend around anymore!

I mean she was even replacing candlesticks as they were burning out! It was so helpful having her there to navigate the ceremony rehearsal the prior day and then making a weather call the day of. Her and her team worked SO hard to make all my wedding dreams come true. Whenever an issue came up they were very quick to fix it. She was extremely adaptable and no problem was too big for them to solve. My seating assignment were hand written cards that they had to so meticulously hang each card with lots of different adhesives. They kept us on a tight timeline even though all the speeches were WAY longer than they were planned to be. I'm so grateful for her an her team and she is such a pleasure to work with. We could not recommend Bethany more! I honestly wish 5 stars was an option. She went above and beyond as our wedding planner during the year and the half we worked with her. She's fun and a joy to work with but she's also no-nonsense and will help you identify what you can cut from your budget or what is unreasonable from a vendor, and her knowledge of the ins and outs of the wedding industry is invaluable. She kept us on track with planning and helped us with decisions I wouldn't even have known to make on my own. All throughout she helped us remain joyful and excited about the process and she was endlessly patient with us. Bethany and her team helped execute our dream wedding. It was so gorgeous and perfect thanks to them. I know this must have been a massive behind the scenes effort (particularly given that it started pouring right before the ceremony!) but we never felt the stress. The work Bethany put in allowed us to just enjoy the entire incredible event. We were just so impressed with Bethany throughout the whole process. Hiring her was the best decision we made!
