Michelle has worked in catering and event management for many years prior to becoming a wedding planner. She worked at various wedding venues all across Southwestern Montana. It was during this time that she developed her vision and ideas about weddings, venues, floral design, catering, entertainment, bar menus, wedding cakes, reception design and everything else involved with event planning. Michelle is a Certified Wedding Planner (CWP) through the Association of Bridal Consultants and has also helped plan and coordinate large events. She has also worked in the catering and personal chef industry for a number of years.

I have been coordinating events for 5+ years and fell in love with the methodical creation that comes from planning each different event. Each event is different and has it's own challenges which makes the entire process that much more exciting.

Evergreen Event Co intentionally designs and plans celebrations with purpose and meaning while keeping in mind the social and environmental impact. I downplay excess and one-time use decor and uphold experiences and connection. I started Evergreen Event Company 3 years ago, but have worked in the event industry much longer. I enjoy planning weddings because I get jazzed about brainstorming creative decor ideas, adding personalized details that show off your personality and solving tough logistical problems.
