No. We have a wonderful photographer named Kay, so she will make sure to get all the photos you hoped to during the ceremony, so please leave your cell phones in your bag/pocket through the entire ceremony. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
We encourage semi-formal attire please. The month of July should be nice and warm, so wear what you believe is temperature appropriate! Bring a mask for the ceremony!
It should be nice and warm, in the 70s at night and morning and 80s during the day, dont forget about the humidity!
The ceremony will be indoors. The reception will take place indoors, but does have a beautiful outdoor landscape that is encouraged to be explored!
Our caterer has been wonderful enough to make a variety of dietary-restrictions possible, so please let Cody or Katelyn know and we can make sure you don't go hungry for the night!
For food selection, we will have a chicken and beef option along with delicious sides! For beverage selection, we will have soda, beer, and wine included with a cash bar option for liquor!
Once our invitations are sent out, it will show how many seats are reserved for each guest.
The hotel requires a minimum number of night stays totaled between our guests to receive the shuttle complimentary, so please let Cody or Katelyn know if you reserve a room at the Hampton Inn without the RMW code so we can have your night stays count towards the shuttle!
If there are any other questions you may have that the website doesn't answer, you can contact Cody or Katelyn!
Katelyn and I both respect that in light of the events with corona virus recently, taking health very seriously is incredibly important. We would not be upset if anyone chooses to not attend due to risk and concerns of COVID19/coronavirus. We care about everyone's health that we invited and fully respect any decision you choose to make. We have taken precautions: Everyone will be required to wear a mask at the church and will be socially distanced throughout the church by family/groups. The reception will now be outdoors in a tent like structure where tables can be properly spaced. There will be hand sanitizer for the guests, individual salt and pepper packages, silverware wrapped in napkins not sitting out, and all food will be served by a wait staff at the buffet so multiple people are not reaching in. If you have any other questions, just ask!
