Brooke, is Brittany's little sister. Through years of weekends spent away for cheer, to "borrowing" (more like stealing) Brittany's clothes without asking and failing to return them, to growing up and always being supportive of everything her big sister does. Brittany can always count on Brooke to be there as not only a sister, but a friend. Brooke will accompanied by her long term boyfriend, "G". They together share a miniature dachshund named "Smokie".
Jonathan Dieckman
Best Man
Jon and Ted met in August 2009 on the first day of Army ROTC orientation at Notre Dame and have been best friends since. Jon made a playlist in college (since lost) that implied that Ted's taste is music is questionable (or at least most similar to that of 18-22 women). Other members of the wedding party might be inclined to agree. Anyways - Jon and Ted lived in North Carolina while both serving at Fort Bragg. Ted threw the party at which Jon met his lovely wife Meg during their senior year. Meg and Jon have been among Ted's most supportive friends over the years, opening their home to him and his dogs during his frequent relocations across the country. They live in Michigan with their two beautiful daughters, Nora and Myla, who both refer to Ted as "Chicken Tedders."
Spencer Young

Spencer and Brittany met back in 2019 through mutual friends. As friends came and went, Brittany and Spencer's friendship only grew. Spencer has a zest for life and encouraging others to have a good time and live life to the fullest, this is one of Brittany's favorite things about her. Spencer has been Ted and Brittany's biggest cheerleader since before they were even "officially" dating. They are so grateful to have her and Austin in their lives.
Timothy "Tig" Spinelli
Groomsman
Tig and Ted go all the way back to November 1996. There was a period of Tig's childhood in which he refused to wear anything but rain boots and faux-buckskins. He carried around a popgun and liked to "hunt wolves" in the backyard with the family dog. Tig's sense of style has evolved considerably (he works in logistics for Calvin Klein's parent company PVH) but now he's got the mountain man beard that would have been perfect during the boots phase. Oh well. Tig, the quintessential middle child, grew up quite literally as the human crash test dummy of the Spinelli household. If there is/was a non-violent way to lose baby teeth, somebody forgot to tell Tig. Tig took all of this abuse (eh, let's call it "training") and became a four-year starting linebacker at Shippensburg University. Tig and his wife Meg recently became parents to baby Adeline. They live in Camp Hill, PA.
Raychel Santangelo
Bridesmaid
Raychel is also a dental hygienist, but her and Brittany actually met from mutual friends in Richmond. Brittany and Raychel eventually ended up working together and bonded over many afterwork happy hours and hangouts. Raychel has been a supportive aspect in Brittany's life over the past few years, especially when it comes to her relationship with Ted.
Michael Massman
Groomsman
Michael and Ted attended the University of Notre Dame, lived in Sorin Hall, and were roommates their senior year when they decided to venture into off-campus living. Together they learned to cook and be at least functionally self-sufficient - Michael being a connoisseur of Easy Mac with truffle oil (trust me, try it). Michael is a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan and his fandom predates the Swift/Kelce shenanigans. When they get together, Ted and Michael have a tendency to pop open a bottle of bourbon and watch music videos from 2010-2015 on YouTube. This includes Taylor Swift (hmm...). Michael has a special place in his heart for Swedish House Mafia. Michael and his lovely fiance, Meredith, are also getting married in 2024.
Abby Geiser
Bridesmaid
Abby and Brittany met through work at Northside Dental Co. Abby is also a fellow hygienist who happened to become Brittany's work neighbor. It took several months of working beside each other for both of them to realize they actually have a lot in common, and that they get along quite well. From there, the friendship blossomed! Fun fact: if it weren't for Abby, Brittany may have never ran into Ted at his going away party (reference to our origin story on the home page), as Brittany was originally planning on having a relaxing night in that evening.
Donald "Donnie" Dixon
Groomsman
Donnie and Ted were both instructors on the "East Side" of the Claremont McKenna College Army ROTC program from 2018-2020 in Southern California. They became roommates for the 2019-2020 school year - with Donnie assigned cleaning duties while Ted would cook. Donnie gave the green-light for Ted to get Gus, and essentially became Dad #2 to Ellie. During the pandemic, Donnie and Ted kept each other sane through heated political debates, Netflix documentaries, and plenty of red wine. They are still seeking a sponsorship from Franzia. Donnie and his lovely wife Lindsay live in the DC area.
Helena Ports

Helena and Brittany met in the dental hygiene program at V.C.U. Throughout school, many hours were spent together studying, however, Brittany and Helena found a way to make it fun together! Have you ever had a friend that you look at and just can't stop laughing about something? Helena is that friend. Although far less time is spent together nowadays, Helena has remained a consistent friend in Brittany's life. Whenever they get the chance to catch up, its just like old times.
Daniel Copeland
Groomsman
Ted and Dan met while attending the Engineer Officer Basic Course in Fort Leonard Wood in 2013. Dan, a West Point graduate and Richmond native, was also assigned to Fort Bragg as a follow-on assignment - Ted, Jon, and Dan would frequently make trips to Wilmington, NC to stay at Dan's parents' house and explore the beach bars. They bonded over a shared pursuit of Sapper School opportunities and continued their friendship while both attending the Captain's Career Course in 2017-2018. After transitioning from active-duty, Dan moved back to Richmond and accepted a role in Amazon construction. He was a driving force behind Ted's decision to move to Richmond and specifically instructed Ted to look for an apartment in the Fan District. Dan was also in attendance at the party where Ted and Brittany met.
