Ceremony

Formal
Guests should arrive from 5:00 P.M to no later than 5:20 P.M.There is parking available on site and there is a short walk (5 minutes or so) from the lot to the ceremony. Cars may be left overnight, but must be picked up by 10 A.M. on Sunday. Richmond has plenty of Uber and Lyft coverage as well- if you are departing from the Courtyard in Scotts Addition, please allow yourself at least 30 minutes for your Uber/Lyft ride. Shuttles will be available from the Sheraton Hotel located near the airport. The shuttle will start departing from the lobby at 4:45 PM. The last shuttle will depart at 5:10 PM. Please check in with the front desk if you have any questions.

Light hors d'oeurves will be served during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served family style. Please contact Ted or Brittany regarding any dietary restrictions so accommodations can be made.
