A private residence until 2013, the Bunn House has been transformed into a luxury vacation home rental and event space. Our expansive grounds provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding venue, executive retreat, or family celebration. Enjoy a secluded stay with breathtaking 360° views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and downtown Asheville.

      The Bunn House is a historic brick mansion on a sprawling 1.5-acre estate. We host events of all sizes, from just the honored couple up to 200 guests. Begin the day by getting ready in one of their elegant suites. Say your 'I dos' under cover of shade on the slightly-sloping hill on-site. Their vineyard, complete with an outdoor fireplace, is primed for mingling during the cocktail hour. Guests can then enjoy some dinner and dancing, where a tent can be erected to protect all from the elements.
