My name is Jillian, and I am the owner of Pretty Posh Planning. This business was started on nothing but a foundation of love, $50, and a dream. After another story ended, my fairytale began. I fell back in love with life after that and wanted to fill my days with all the moments that make life worth living for, so I never want to skip a cherished moment.

I tell this to everyone but if I can fill the rest of my days with the happiest days of everyone else’s lives then I must be doing something right. So now that you know more about me let’s hear about your love story!

    In the beginning everything seemed great, but it quickly took a turn for the worst. Poor communication or really lack of communication was the biggest issue. I would ask about things and not hear back for days or weeks. When she finally reached out to say she was working on things and she uploaded info to our shared Google doc, I would log on to find her in the process of typing the things she said were already there. When I brought up how uncomfortable I was with the lack of communication, she was quick to apologize, but did not change her ways. Canceled appointments and when we rescheduled, she never confirmed location and the day came and went. I understand people have lives and struggles, but no bride deserves to be ghosted. We ended up firing her a month ago and I have yet to receive a reply saying she got my message, yet she has been active on social media. A wedding coordinator is supposed to help take the stress off the bride, not add to it. She gets 1 star because she helped us find our venue. Everything else, we have done ourselves.

    Pretty Posh Planning was unfortunately not the right fit for my wedding planning needs. Throughout the planning process, I often felt communication was lacking - emails and calls would go unreturned for days, leaving me feeling stressed and scrambling at the last minute to confirm details. Details felt disorganized and there were a few frustrating planning mishaps that could have been avoided with better communication and time management. While I'm sure they have strengths in certain areas of wedding planning, clear and timely communication is too critical in this business, and I just didn't feel that professionalism from them. For brides wanting an attentive, stress-free planning experience, I would suggest looking at some other highly reviewed planners in the area.

    Jillian is absolutely amazing! he was there anytime I needed her. She went above and beyond for me with all the issues I had with my original venue which was months before my wedding, all the way to the day of. We had multiple meetings and on the day she made our vision a reality and our ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Jillian was hired to be our day of coordinator and our officiant but she has also become a friend.

    Hands down best wedding and event coordinator! I’ve worked with Pretty Posh Planning a few times and her vibe is the best! Communication is amazing, everything went so smoothly and you could tell; every. single. detail. was thought of! I can’t say enough good things, highly recommend!
