I work with my husband as a duo team! We can both be taking care of 2 different tasks, finish decor and table setup in half the time, and we have a system to coordinate with the music team for cues! We love attending weddings together and its not like work for us at all!

100% the best decision
Kilee was amazing to work with - she was so organized and attentive to the details of the day as our wedding coordinator. Her and her assistant helped everything run very smoothly the day of (many guests complimented how seamless the wedding was!) and took immense stress off our shoulders so we could relax and have fun! Coordinated By Kilee was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Their communication was very efficient, always responding promptly and keeping us on track throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, they were incredibly professional and personal, taking all of our worries away so we could fully enjoy the moment. The quality of their work was truly outstanding - they went above and beyond with the setup and clean-up, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. I cannot give enough praise to Kilee! She was hands down the best decision we made in planning our wedding! Kilee was incredibly organized, thought of every little detail, and had such creative ideas we would have never thought of. She was so involved and hands on in preparing for our wedding all morning. I am so grateful for her and her assistant for their hard work and going above and beyond to make our wedding day so special! 10/10 would recommend!!

Kilee really made my wedding day and rehearsal dinner so easy and stress free! It was exactly what I envisioned and she really listened and cared about what I wanted. She managed all of my vendors for such a stress free and relaxing day I cant recommend her enough. Thank you!!
