Giana DeGeiso and Jamie Rosler founded Broadly Entertaining toward the end of 2017, after almost seven years as professional collaborators and close friends. Our combined experiences with theatre performance & production, improv comedy, weddings, games & game shows, and event planning, created the perfect foundation for this unique business we get to run together!

Getting to participate in weddings is a true joy. Our SCOTUS Special donates a portion of certain fees to the queer-focused organization of a couple’s choosing. More queer weddings, please! BE is a for-profit company that dedicates a portion of its earnings to non-profit groups committed to fighting for the most important issues of our day, through our contracted hosting services and through donating profits from BE's ticketed events. Giana fun fact: multi-instrumentalist who loves a good jigsaw puzzle or game of splendor.

Working with Broadly Entertaining was a fantastic experience. They provided clear, concise communication throughout the entire planning process, which put our minds at ease. BE was amazing and essential. They were so positive and took the stress out of planning, there for anything we needed. Giana was a true entertainer and host - keeping the crowds laughing and having a good time. DJ Colin was incredible! The music was amazing from the first song to the last. The dance floor was raging all night! We highly recommend Broadly Entertaining for your wedding or event. They were professional but also personable, welcoming, thoughtful, organized, so much fun and worth every penny to make our day so special.

We reached out to Giana and team about two weeks before our wedding and are so thankful we did! Giana was the planner for a friend's wedding and came highly recommended. We had a small, simple wedding and thought we could do a lot of it ourselves, which we did. However, after speaking with Giana, it was clear having her there was going to make the day way less stressful. She handled all of our vendor communication and planning in the week leading up and day of. Any loose ends were tied up quickly and efficiently. We were able to truly enjoy the day and be present in the moment thanks to Broadly Entertaining and Giana!

We cannot say enough good things about Broadly Entertaining. We met with them in 2019 for our wedding that was supposed to be in 2020, had to cancel the wedding, rescheduled it for 2023, and were in touch with them the entire dang time. Not only were they professional and responsive, their hard work, organization, and positive attitude helped our wedding day go off without a hitch. Giana came in as our day of coordinator and made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be, that we were fed, that our vendors were doing well and had everything they needed, and that we didn't have to think about/worry/stress about a dang thing the entire night. They plan a heck of a great party - they were truly instrumental in making our wedding one of the best days of our lives!

Hiring an officiant or day-of coordinator between 1 and 3 months before your wedding? If we're available we'll take 10% off! Tell us if you are healthcare workers, in hospitality, artists, teachers or activists, and we'll work with your budget while still offering a memorable and meaningful experience. (No more than two discounts will be applied simultaneously.)

Anywhere our U.S. passports allow! Some travel is included with all our services. Long drives, flights & overnight stays are extra.

Yes, we require 50% of the total price once a contract is signed. This is non-refundable.

For LGBTQ+ wedding ceremonies, we will donate 20% of our fee to the queer-focused organization of your choosing. If you're a cisgender heterosexual couple that would like to take advantage of this opportunity to be an ally, let us know! We have a donation matching option ready for you.

We accept the following payment methods at no additional cost: virtual check paid directly and securely through the link in your invoice, Venmo, PayPal (friends & family), paper check received in advance of your wedding day. We accept credit cards for a 3% transaction fee. We accept wire transfers for a flat $15 fee.

Both founders of Broadly Entertaining are ordained by the Universal Life Church. They and all the officiants on their team have the documentation to prove their legitimacy, should you be interested in one of us presiding over your ceremony.
