Zoe grew up in a small town in Western Canada, earned a degree in fashion design in Vancouver, and lived 12 awesome years in NYC, before recently relocating to Seattle WA. After a rewarding career as a women's footwear designer, she left the fashion industry behind to follow her passion of becoming a wedding and family photographer full-time.

Zoe brings to her photography a wealth of expertise honed through her comprehensive visual and design training acquired in the fashion industry. Drawing from her background, her portraits exude a sophisticated blend of fine art and editorial aesthetics. With her unique approach, Zoe elevates her photography to a level of artistry, capturing moments that are not just pictures, but captivating stories frozen in time.     If you want to see yourself captured in an elegent, MAGICAL way that has you jaw-dropped staring at your screen thinking, "It's like she peered into our very SOULS and gave us everything we wanted!" book Zoe for a shoot. My wife and I told her we wanted a Princess Bride-themed wedding/engagement shoot and not only did she deliver, the results look like frame stills from a faithful HD remake, fog and sparkles and romance and all. She normally does portrait photography so we were so happy she covered our ceremony afterward. And it's not like you can't tell until you see the results - Working with Zoe, you'll see her zipping around, improvising, framing shots, all while filming a behind-the-scenes of the whole thing, and it's a wonder to behold. It was a great journey from start to finish and we loved working with her and I've no doubt we will do so again next time we need a boost of magic in our lives!

    Zoe was the photographer for our City Hall wedding in New York City. She was a pleasure to work and put us completely at ease as we are super uncomfortable/awkward while taking pictures. She captured exactly what we wanted in the photographs and they came out beautiful. We would highly recommend!

    As a wedding planner I have seen many wedding photographers in action. There is a great deal to be said for finding a photographer who “get’s it” and “get’s you” and Zoe is that rare and amazing combination of both. From the basics like dressing respectfully and arriving early every time, to the amazing perks like quick turnaround of finished photos, to the most important stuff being able to trust her and her delivering great work every time. She is a Brooklyn-ite, grounded, real, focused, dedicated. She is amazingly responsive, sincere, and a joy to work with. She is not one to grab your attention (like those cameramen who crack jokes to make you laugh, or the person who is posing you again and again to get it juuust right), instead she is always working behind the scenes to capture those amazing special moments, those truly great moments. You be you. She captures the rest. Want classic pictures at Central Park, she’s on it. Did you decide you didn’t want to opt for a permit? She’ll play along. Want photos in the subway, sure, her metro card is pre-loaded and camera is snapping away -- even with the not-so-ideal light, she makes you look amazing. Is there a dog? child? She is well versed in coaxing a few cute moments out of them. The most important thing you need to know is – She does good work. Look at her photos. If these were photos of you and your beloved, would you like them? Great, Then you are all set! Choose Zoe.

    Zoe is not only a wonderful person, but a great photographer. As a wedding planner, I work with a lot of photographers. Zoe is such a joy to work with. I highly recommend her as a wedding photographer.
