Riverwood Designs
Riverwood Designs creates wedding and special event floral designs and provides wedding and event planning management services. Because Riverwood Designs is not a retail storefront, our clients are people we get to know, and they get to know us. We work with each client individually, whether in an in-person meeting, a virtual meeting, over the phone, or via email. We custom-fit each client with designs that fit their tastes, style, and vision.
Joseph and Rob work together to form a creative, dynamic, and efficient team, bringing vibrant energy and a unique perspective to your event. Joseph is a Certified Wedding & Event Planner and floral designer. His inherent obsession for logistics, organization, and time management ensures couples enjoy a stress-free day and creative side he creates the ceremony and centerpiece floral designs for weddings. Rob is a Signature Wedding and Event Designer and floral designer. Rob has always enjoyed interior, floral, and fashion design all his life and loves to incorporate trends and classic elements into bridal bouquets and bridal party flowers.

Day of Coordination
Riverwood Designs came highly recommended by our venue. We reached out to them 13 months before our Big Day and we are so thankful we did. Joseph is very personable, organized, and an excellent communicator. His experience in the field and familiarity with our venue put us at ease. Throughout the process, Joseph offered honest feedback and recommendations and was willing to answer our questions. He was flexible with our last minute changes and made sure our wedding and reception went smoothly - if any issues bubbled up we were completely unaware. With Joseph and his team at the helm we could relax and enjoy the day. Thank you Riverwood Designs for providing us with the opportunity to bask in the bliss. GORGEOUS Florals and AMAZING Day-Of Coordination
Joseph and Rob of Riverwood Designs are the best in the business. I booked Riverwood Designs for my May 2024 wedding, at The Maine of Williamsburg, for bridal party flowers and floral table arrangements, as well as a Day-Of Coordination package. Booking Joseph and Rob was one of the best decisions I made during my 2-year long wedding planning process. Joseph was a life-savior during the planning process, keeping me calm and confident that my day would be nothing but perfect. And it was exactly that. On the day of my wedding, Joseph and Rob arrived promptly and delivered the most BEAUTIFUL flowers. I am so glad that I chose to go with real flowers, as opposed to wood or silk flowers. The arrangements looked and smelled amazing. The proposal that we had worked on prior to the day of in no way did the actual flowers justice. They were even more amazing than I could have ever imagined. For the florals, we chose to include the orange flowers in only the bridal bouquet. Also including this same orange flower on only the groom’s boutonnière. This was the perfect way for me and my groom to feel special and different from the rest of our bridal party. Great for day-of coordination and florals!
We hired Joseph and Rob for both day-of coordination and florals and had an amazing experience! They were communicative throughout the 14 months leading up to our wedding. They were always willing to offer suggestions, and referred us to many of our other vendors. They were clearly very knowledgeable about the wedding planning process and florals. The flower arrangements and bouquets were perfectly in line with our vision. Both our rehearsal and wedding day went incredibly smoothly with their coordination. We appreciate everything they did to make our day so special!
Gorgeous florals from an inclusive team!
I loved photographing Riverwood Designs' florals! They used the perfect combinations of colors and textures, and so beautifully brought our couple's vision to life. Importantly, they are LGBTQI inclusive vendor, and I'll be continuing to recommend them to my couples!
