Established in Brooklyn in 2004, Ryan Brown Catering New York is a full-service catering company specializing in farm-to-table, New American cuisine. We use the best, locally sourced ingredients to craft a menu from organic produce, grass-fed beef, and sustainable fish and poultry from farms and purveyors we know and trust. We coordinate all staffing and rental orders for our events, which include weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, bar and bat mitzvahs, cocktail and holiday parties, and intimate dinners. We are a preferred caterer at more than two dozen esteemed NYC-area venues.

    You don't realize it, but you do a TON of work with your catering, starting with the food itself, but you also have to work with them on things like rental furniture and the day-of schedule. You end up interacting with this vendor the most, and I was super glad we had Patty who was easy to work with and super organized every step of the way. She was so flexible and even biked across the city to meet us a couple times! Also the food was fantastic. We had so many amazing options to choose from, and it was hard to narrow down. But they also made sure that our selects made sense. We had two potato dishes, and they double checked that was on purpose. It was! :) We love potatoes. Also, the staff on the day-of was super professional and so nice to our guests! Everything was perfect!

    I have worked with Ryan Brown Catering countless times over the last 5 years and every experience has been fantastic! In addition to having delicious food, Ryan and his team are incredibly professional and communicative, two major things I look for as a wedding planner. My couples adore him and their guests have always raved about the food at the wedding. He is definitely one of my go-to caterers and I hope to continue working together for many years to come!
