So we created Pinch to impress, entertain + inspire with food as delicious as it is daring + design as inviting as it is innovative. Led by groundbreaking chef/designer duo of Bob Spiegel + TJ Girard, Pinch is driven by an uncompromising commitment to incite surprise, anticipation + delight with every bite while wowing our clients + their guests with imaginative presentation combinations that redefine the art of celebration.

As top-tier NYC culinary veterans with extensive experience in event catering, we believe our clients deserve a taste of something new and unpredictable, an experience that leverages the best food with never-before-seen presentation. So we created Pinch Food Design, a bold new brand of catering powered by a state-of-the-art kitchen and design workshop devoted solely to the creation of one-of-a-kind “food furniture.” Our intention?     I have had the good fortune to work with Carly on a number of occasions, both on the planning side and the venue management side, and am constantly impressed with her attention to detail and devotion to making sure her clients are happy and that their event goes off without a hitch. She is also an absolute joy to be around, so not only will your food be phenomenal and you'll get to work with an A+ team, you'll have the best time throughout the planning!

    We were looking for something special with our catering. We didn't want the typical wedding meal that we've had so many times. We wanted delicious food but a unique, creative approach. Pinch was great! Over 6 months later, friends are still talking about the stations we had at our cocktail hour, the interesting presentation of our salad course, our passed around desserts, and our delicious signature cocktail. Plus, Carly and her team are amazing to work with. They're patient and tons of fun.
