Brie on the Chisme (BOTC, LLC) is a licensed and insured charcuterie and cheese catering business created by Melissa Toribio in Brooklyn, New York in 2023. BOTC specializes in creating artfully arranged charcuterie and specialty cheese grazing tables, boards, and brunch grazes.

BOTC was founded with the goal ​of​ creating an elevated charcuterie experience with gourmet cheeses for all, but specifically, the diasporas she is a part of - because everyone deserves a taste of luxurious, curated charcuterie and cheese pairings!
