I've been in the industry since 2014 and the Harper is by far one of my favorite venues to work at! As a planner/coordinator myself, I've worked with several venues and none are as professional and accommodating to its guests as well as its vendors. I always know that everyone that comes through Harper's doors are in good hands from beginning to end. Service is always impeccable--making the wedding planning process and the day-of as seamless as can be! I do not know any vendor nor any couple that has been dissatisfied with the Harper and this speaks volumes to how they treat the people they serve. Will continue to recommend the Harper to my clients who are looking for a beautiful, modern venue that will not disappoint!

Working with The Ranch coordinator was easy and she was very professional. They have several menus and options to choose from, from super high end to buffet style options. I have been to The Ranch for corporate events and I have always loved their food. The rooms are classy, the food is amazing, the service staff was polite and helpful. I have nothing bad to say. We loved having our wedding reception there. All of our guest were complimenting how fancy the rooms was and how delicious the food was. I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a place to host your next event, then check them out! My husband and I had our wedding reception at Union Kitchen and Tap in Encinitas in October. We were blown away by the service provided and fell in love with the atmosphere, the food, and the support from their staff. The staff totally killed it! Amazing food, personalized drinks that our guest LOVED and would not stop talking about, and let's not forget about the friendly service. Our wedding day could not have been possible without these guys. One of our favorite memories is watching the Union team members dancing, singing and having fun along with the 80's Flashpants band. A special shoutout to Amy, Union Kitchen and Taps event coordinator! Amy made the overwhelming process of wedding planning fun, easy and truly enjoyable. She is personable, down to earth, kind and radiated a calming presence that helped ease all the nerves that come along with a big event. Her knowledge and experience in the field shows and her passion for making our vision come to life was evident. She was extremely patient with us and took the time to understand our vision and then was able to execute it with such grace. Amy supported all of our menu changes and day of event schedule changes with ease. Anytime we had an idea, she made it happen.... no questions asked. The Grand Theater was a beautiful wedding venue, with a stunning space and amazing food. The staff was awesome and very attentive to our needs. However, we did have some issues with their communication and payment processes. There were a few instances where payments failed to go through due to their system having an error and they didn't tell us until days later. Towards the end, they also tried to overcharge us but we were able to catch these errors by referencing our contract. They quickly fixed the issues, but it was a bit frustrating to have to double-check and get everything sorted. Overall, the venue and staff were great, but be sure to carefully review your contract and keep on top of all payments to avoid any problems. I don't think any of the issues we had were malicious or done intentionally so I would recommend them!

The Anaheim Hotel was an amazing venue for our wedding weekend! We held our entire wedding weekend (Welcome Dinner, Ceremony and Reception) at the Anaheim Hotel and are so glad we chose to work with them. The poolside Cabana added a touch of elegance and allowed our guests to mingle in a relaxed atmosphere. Our guests enjoyed watching the Disneyland fireworks poolside as the night wound down. The Veranda Lawn is a beautiful space for a ceremony and the ballroom is a fun space for a reception - spacious enough for our large guest list, yet intimate enough for heartfelt moments. Jamie from the hotel was great to work with planning our weekend. She is detailed, accommodating and has an upbeat attitude. She listened to our preferences and made our dreams come true. A short example of her attention to detail and care: our wedding day was hotter than forecasted and on the day of, she asked if we would want to set up umbrellas for our guests to keep them comfortable. She had them set up on short notice, making sure they were placed them exactly as we had asked. That attentive and professional attitude extended to the staff, they anticipating our needs before we even asked. The hotel's ability to host both the ceremony and reception made planning so much easier. The food was quite good, nearly every guest completely finished their plate. The bar team is stellar, everybody enjoyed their drinks. If you are looking for a beautiful space that will seamlessly host your wedding, look no further. Bonus: Having guest rooms on-site made the entire weekend convenient for our out-of-town family and friends.

First off the venue is gorgeous. Between the vineyards and the grapefruit grove, the venue has so much character. The venue coordinator Nicole is incredible! She makes the whole process so easy and does so much to help. The venue price includes the tables, chairs, bar, wine barrel tables and sweetheart table. The even let us use their heaters and just pay for propane. We are so happy we went with them. It was the wedding of our dreams and Nicole team helped make it all come true!

We recently had our rehearsal dinner and wedding at The Westin Anaheim Resort, and both events exceeded our expectations! The rehearsal dinner took place on the Jewel Floor, a private rooftop space with an amazing view of Disneyland. The food was absolutely spectacular and set the perfect tone for our wedding weekend. The wedding venue itself is exceptional in every way. It's a brand new, luxurious, and spacious space that felt like a dream come true. Every single staff member, from the bartenders to the servers, security, front desk, and valet, was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. We opted for passed hors d'oeuvres, a plated dinner, and late-night bites, and everything was delicious. The service was prompt, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The bar package offered great options, and the bartenders were quick and made delicious drinks. One of the highlights of our experience was working with Shannon, the banquet manager. She made the entire wedding planning process easy and smooth, taking a lot of stress off our plates. Her expertise and enjoyable personality were invaluable, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. The accommodations at The Westin were also incredibly comfortable. We and our guests felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, The Westin Anaheim Resort is truly the perfect choice for a dream wedding. We booked Paracel for our wedding tea ceremony & reception venue, and Matthew for our MC & DJ. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience with the venue & Matthew. When set up, Paracel was such an beautiful venue to have our wedding reception. We would say the space was just right for about 200 guests with plenty of room for our other vendors to setup, including an outdoor patio. However, it would be good to know that the projector screen is right behind the stage which did prevent us having a slideshow as our sweetheart table arch backdrop did obstruct it. We opted for the Platinum Plate Menu & even had an opportunity to try the food before booking. According to our guests, they enjoyed the presentation of Lobster Fruit Salad. Other highlights included the House Special Lobster Garlic Noodles & Peking Duck with Steamed Bun. They thought the food was delicious & plentiful. The bar being indoors & close to the tables made it very convenient for many of our guests to easily grab a drink. Matthew was accommodating & was easy to communicate with throughout the planning. He also gave us suggestions and recommendations based on his experience. Matthew as a DJ & MC was also phenomenal. He exceeded our expectations with keeping our guests engaged & entertained. Despite his limited Vietnamese, his father was also there that night to assist with translating for our Vietnamese guests. Matthew really knew how to read the room & hype people up. As the night was coming to a close & the dance floor opened up, he seemed to know what music to play to keep the crowd going & even concluded the night with a special moment for us. Paracel has such an amazing package for a wedding reception. You would be hard pressed to find an experience as good as Paracel in the area. We highly recommend Paracel for your wedding or next event!

Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! The gorgeous landscaping, accessible location, great food and service, and affordable pricing made Summit House the perfect choice for our special day. La Villa Bella is a fantastic venue! Their space is gorgeous for couples looking for an outside venue with opportunities for indoor transition spaces. The stone room is lovely and makes a great dance floor! All of the staff is extremely nice and so helpful. We really appreciated the advise and expertise in every meeting and the way they worked with us to create our wedding vision while also recommending layouts and choices that they know have worked great in the past. Their vendor recommendation list made it easy to choose people who knew the space and the staff and allowed everyone to work together and coordinate our day without stress. They made our wedding feel seamless and smooth!

Coyote Hills Golf Course was a wonderful choice for our wedding venue. From the beginning, the communication with the staff was easy, friendly and effective. The outdoor ceremony site was worth every penny - it was beautifully landscaped and provided a gorgeous backdrop for our vows. While the indoor reception venue was a little tight, the staff did a great job coordinating the event flow and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. A special shoutout to Hannah, Jordan and Shelby - they were amazing and helped make our special day perfect.

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club made the whole wedding planning experience easy so my now husband and I could focus on the day. From handling the amazing food to coordinating the table florals, the team at Lomas works really hard to give you a perfect day. Some highlights from ours: (1) The food. The chef is phenomenal and very flexible when it came to our diet restrictive guests. Everything we tried was amazing and I got rave reviews from my guests that there was more than enough delicious food throughout the event. Also, all the stars for our “getting ready” brunch spread with fun carved fruit included. (2) The staff. From Caryn and Chelsi to the whole bar/wait staff day off, everyone was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They really made our event feel even more special. Shout out to our waitress who ended up finding us before her shift was over to give big hugs and wish us well. (3) Location and facility. Both my husband and I are from San Diego and knew we wanted to be more central for our North County and Downtown friends and this was the perfect spot. Our golden hour pictures with the ocean in the background and shots in front of the iconic Lomas window were beautiful. Additionally, both getting ready spaces were private, large, and (for the bride) had a large area to do makeup and hair. The actual event space required very little decoration too since the ceremony space is on the golf course with the ocean in the distance and an arch is included in your package. Also, the reception space is just beautiful on its own with the huge fireplace, wood beam ceilings and chandeliers. Overall, my wedding planning experience was very seamless due in large part to the great group at Lomas.

We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception here and couldn't be happier with our choice of venue. Zoey, the recreation coordinator, worked with us from booking until day-before rehearsal and last minute layout changes to accommodate an unexpected heat wave during our wedding. She was so helpful and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a plan A and plan B for the weather. We ended up moving the ceremony to the courtyard for shade and moving the reception inside to the grand hall, and it turned out beautifully. Not only was this an affordable option and we are happy with where our money went, but we received very professional, warm, and timely communication and assistance from Zoey from start to finish. Highly recommend hosting your wedding or event here!

I recently visited White House Event Center and had an amazing experience as a vendor. The staff were friendly and attentive. Setting up equipment for sound and lighting is easily accessible and have enough room for special effect equipment like Lasers shows and low laying cloud effects. Meadowlark and the team (Julia and Amber) were amazing. Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. Our wedding budget was modest so we did not have a wedding planner, Julia helped us out and always answered any questions we had. We did the Ultimate wedding package and our guests had a wonderful time. We loved being able to have a beautiful wedding without going bankrupt after or having to DIY the entire thing. The team at L’Auberge is fantastic, working seamlessly with all vendors to ensure our day was nothing short of perfect. From start to finish, the coordination and communication is always smooth. The food is outstanding, with every dish prepared to perfection, and the staff is an attentive, professional, and warm. Not only do they treat guests wonderfully, but it is clear they also take great care of their own team which really shows in the quality of service they provide. Padua Hills Theatre was the perfect venue for our wedding. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, providing prompt and clear communication whenever we had questions or needed guidance. On our big day, they took care of everything behind the scenes so we could relax and enjoy celebrating with our guests. The theatre itself is simply stunning, with beautiful architecture and an atmosphere that is magical. Yes, it was more expensive than some other venues we considered, but it was completely worth it for the complete experience and memories we now have. Where to even start!? Miller's Landing was the most amazing venue starting from our initial visit when we first toured. They have been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire wedding process. My husband and I just got married in September 2024, and it was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have hoped for. We got married when the California fires had us all concerned that our wedding could even happen...Kellan, Terri, and the Miller's Landing team were especially amazing then. Kellan, the one I was in contact with the months leading up to the wedding was so responsive. She answered emails quickly and very thoroughly. She gave great suggestions and tips for our day. Terri, was so kind during the visits and made us feel at home right away. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and the barn makes for an intimate and warm reception. Our month of/day of coordinator Ashly was also amazing. She made sure everything ran smoothly the entire day. We did not have to worry about one thing the entire day, and it made the getting ready portion of the day so memorable and relaxing. Our cocktail hour/reception was so fun. The bartenders from R&B Mixing Co were awesome and had our guests happy. The appetizers, dinner, and late night snacks provided by Fox in the Woods (venues caterer) was absolutely delicious. We still have people telling us it was the best wedding food they have had. Overall, our wedding was truly the best day, and we just want Miller's Landing to know how much we appreciate them. We would recommend this venue a million times! My husband, is a wedding videographer and was very picky when we toured wedding venues, and his expectations were met and exceeded. We had our wedding at the knife house, or more a 4-day long weekend with about 50 friends and family. While most stayed at hotels in Palm Springs, the Knife house was the central gathering point and the venue for our ceremony. The house and the grounds are beautiful, but most importantly the host was amazing to work with. Very accommodating to our needs, super responsive and all around professional. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a better host.

Our wedding at the Dream House was absolutely perfect and so unique! Our guests still can’t stop talking about it! The venue is set right in the middle of the beautiful Palm Desert Mountains, blending seamlessly into the breathtaking landscape. We couldn't have dreamed of a better spot to get married. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel so special. They were not only super professional but always there when we needed them. Quick to respond to texts, they helped with everything along the way. We had our ceremony on one side of the house with a beautiful mountain backdrop and a violinist playing. For the cocktail hour, we moved to the pool area, which offered the best view anyone has ever seen. Our guests kept saying the same thing – they were blown away. The main party was held inside the house in a room nicknamed the game room, which has sliding doors all across that open up to the outside. The decor our planner designed gave the room a unique, modern desert disco feel. The night flowed very smoothly from one space to another, giving our guests freedom to explore all the house had to offer. What you can do with the house in terms of layout and decor is nicer than any wedding venue I’ve ever been to. The decor and flowers were stunning. Even now, our guests keep telling us it was the nicest wedding they've ever been to. The Dream House made our big day so special and unique, we couldn't recommend it more.
