The NYLO Providence Warwick Hotel is inspired by the building's history, once the site of the Fruit of the Loom textile mill. Beautifully situated along the Pawtuxet River the hotel blends comfortable style with urban cool. Each of our 163 loft-style guestrooms feature soaring ceilings, exposed brick walls and inspiring wide-angle views of the River. The NYLO offers the Loft Bar & Restaurant and Riverfront Deck which can accommodate seated functions up to 150 people.

Perfect for celebrations, it has 2 floors of 5000 square feet of beautifully renovated space in a building bursting with historic charm.
