We accommodate as many requests as possible in an attempt to aid in a stress free experience, and are happy to plan a menu with any dietary requests you might have. The Center for Arts at the Armory is a non-profit organization that resides in a historic Armory building, serving Somerville and the Greater Boston community through arts, cultural and community events, exhibitions, markets, classes and more. Welcome to the Artists For Humanity EpiCenter, a truly unique Boston location for a spectacular celebration! Common events become extraordinary events when produced in our uncommon setting. A 48 foot moveable wall can open to expand the event space into our 3,200 square foot Art Gallery. Floor to ceiling “garage-style” glass door opens onto an adjoining courtyard. The SoWa Power Station is a masterpiece of late-industrial glamor. Built in 1891 as the world’s largest power generating plant, it produced enough electricity to run the West End Street Railway.
