We had our ceremony and reception at the Foundation Room and it was everything we dreamed it would be! The House of Blues staff was so so accommodating. Meaghan was an absolute dream to work with for the year leading up to it and she did not let us down at all. She was with us every step of the way, from the time that we toured the venue to very end of the night. She went above and beyond to take care of every detail all day long. I cannot stress enough how incredible of an experience we had working with her. She paid attention to every detail, listened to us and made every little change we asked for. She also coordinated with all of our vendors beforehand and even set up our macaron tower. She truly brought our vision to life and helped us throw the best New Year’s Eve party. The House of Blues staff was on top of table turnovers, quick clean ups, made sure we had everything we needed and were so helpful with set up and clean up. They made it a seamless, worry free night for us. The food was delicious and our specialty cocktails were even better! Meaghan worked with us to craft tasty specialty cocktails that were a hit with our guests. She also made sure everything came out right on schedule. The unique vibe of the venue made it feel like an exclusive and intimate party where our guests were free to lounge and dance or hide away in one of the many rooms. The theme set the tone for the party. It was an absolutely incredible night and we can’t thank this team enough!

As a wedding planner, I have the opportunity to work with a lot of wedding venues throughout the area and my experience at The Armory was nothing other than perfect. The team was responsive to all vendors, including a demanding (and rude at times) caterer, and offered a lot of flexibility to my clients about how they wanted the room set up, and how they wanted the timeline to flow - it truly felt as though we were being welcomed into their space and guided through the process vs. some other spaces we've worked with that felt restrictive and controlling. Overall, if you're looking for a creative space that you can transform to whatever you want it to be, this is the space for you.

Olio: Modern / Industrial Event Space

5.0

Peabody, MA
  • Up to 250 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $3,000

This historic space has been outfitted with every modern amenity to be the ideal space to host the perfect wedding. We provide a non-traditional venue so that our clients have a blank slate to start from and can make the space their own. Without any décor, the soaring ceilings and cement walls feel "industrial chic" but clients can transform the space with glitz and glam, rustic touches, romantic lighting, modern lines, whimsical details, and vintage furniture. If you can dream it, it can be done at Olio. Located just North of Boston, Massachusetts, in the heart of New England, the venue is conveniently located and easily accessible to Logan Airport and nearby accommodations and attractions. Olio welcomes all and actively seeks out LGBTQIA+ identifying clients. Pricing and lots more information, including FAQs and tips/tricks are on Olio's website and social media accounts. Inquire today to schedule a tour!

My now husband and I were nervous about the entire wedding process, knowing we wanted something a bit simpler, more intimate, and “nontraditional” in this day in age. We found Olio through social media and booked a tour right away. Walking up the staircase quite literally took my breath away. I was an emotional bride :) but the vast concrete walls, original flooring, and high ceilings brought tears to my eyes. We were “one and done.” Sarah, her team, and what they have created on Main Street is truly magic. We chose some budget friendly options (for items such as flowers and decor) but no matter the size, every bride is treated with luxury customer service. I’m not sure how we got so lucky, it feels like we found some sort of precious gem. We struggled to find the right words to do it all justice. Simply put, we feel so grateful. Grateful to have found Olio, Sarah, and experienced the magic firsthand. Each of our guests who attended was more taken with the space than the next. We cannot recommend it enough; you simply have to experience it for yourself.

1620 Winery

5.0

Plymouth, MA
  • Up to 200 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor

Welcome. Sydalyn Hill is a new, exclusive family-run farm and venue that hosts a limited number of weddings a year between May and September. Perched on a sunny hilltop off Highway 9 across from the Garden of Eden and surrounded by Henry Cowell State Park, this hidden treasure has an expansive view of the San Lorenzo Valley, providing a magical backdrop of rustic elegance for your special day! There are 20 acres with 2 orchards, gardens, trails, and a large open meadow to explore. Guests can even take a walk back in time, stepping inside the original cabin built in 1908. We provide many of the necessities as well as a large collection of rustic and elegant decor items, saving you time and reducing stress, allowing you to simply enjoy your day!

After we toured 1620 Winery at Cordage Park, we immediately got in the car and said to each other that we should book it for our July 2023 Wedding. We have zero regrets! It was so beautiful and unique as a venue. We loved the convenience of everything being in one place- and so did our guests! We also loved that although it is primarily an inside venue (with air conditioning for a summer wedding!), there is a large outside deck for guests to enjoy. Logistics and planning were a dream. They are incredibly organized and prepared for anything. Jenn, the coordinator, clearly knows how to run a fantastic wedding and if anything went wrong behind the scenes, we have no idea! The wine was delicious and a fun talking point for guests. The food was hands down some of the best food we’ve had at a wedding (we loved going to the tasting ahead of time, too!) - our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how unique and fun the venue was. We love, love, loved getting married there and would suggest it to ANYONE looking to book with them. We are so happy with our decision to choose 1620 Winery at Cordage Park.

Dye House

5.0

Providence, RI
  • Up to 100 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $4,500

Dye House is a boutique hotel and event space offering a unique thoughtfully curated guest experience, designed for a diverse set of occasions and gatherings. We’re a destination for travelers and locals, a neighborhood focal point, space where all kinds of people come together. In addition to our event space, we have five guest rooms full of considered design details, though that’s just one small part of what we do. This is a new kind of hospitality, one that puts our community first. We’re your guides to getting lost in Olneyville’s underground art scene, and we’re your homebase when you’re ready to relax in singular style.

Just a Girl Events had the pleasure of working here for a small wedding. The venue is amazing! With 3 onsite areas that would be considered suites it is perfect to host your wedding party from the evening before to the day after. The studio space itself is beautiful with gabled ceilings and a beautiful floor with a brick inlay that is of the original design. The outdoor spacing can host a small area for cocktails with great ambiance or just a courtyard to hang out. The staff is great and it really is a hidden gem but one that creates an experience not just a night Charlene DeLuca

Pipe Dream Brewery

5.0

Londonderry, NH
  • Up to 80 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor

Pipe Dream Brewing is the perfect spot for your small wedding, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, engagement party & more! Our 1,000 sqft. room includes 2 private bathrooms, 9 tap lines, multi-color LED light setup, 50" TV and has a view of the inside of the Brewery! There is room for a band or DJ, or we have a 1600 Watt sound system with an Ipad for a more simple music set up! Our Event Manager will walk you through all the possibilities, and our Head Chef will work with dietary restrictions! We currently do not offer desserts, so you can bring in your own cake/cupcakes!

My husband and I have always loved visiting breweries and are big craft beer fans. When I saw that Pipe Dream had an event room, we knew that we had to have our reception there. Pipe Dream made my wedding affordable, unique, and memorable. The space is beautiful, and they encourage you to add your personal touch with your own decorations. We were able to use their amazing sound system to play our reception music with all of our favorite songs, but there is space for a DJ if you decide to go that route! Beyond the space being absolutely perfect, the staff is what really made our wedding so special. Their event coordinator Morgan was very responsive, easy to work with, and flexible. It was very apparent she wanted us to have the best day possible, and is passionate about what she does. Our personal bartender and Chef Corey made the evening flow flawlessly. They have a large catering menu, so we decided to go with a variety of pizza and salad. Our food was out on time, and the pizza was warm for all of our guests. We also love that they have a wide variety of beer / seltzer that even non beer drinkers can enjoy. Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food and the overall experience! If you're thinking about having a small intimate wedding, I could not recommend Pipe Dream enough!
