Welcome to Zurie, a hidden gem, a sunshine filled studio space. A clean, open intimate area with tall ceilings — a blank canvas to make your own. The space holds up to 35 people comfortably and is perfect for smaller, more authentic gatherings. *PERKS* include south-facing windows for great natural light all day, air conditioning & heat, near free and convenient parking, kitchenette sink & mini fridge, wifi & bluetooth, speaker furniture & backdrops, loading dock for any large items, Rentable Chairs and tables

The entire venue is yours, and this includes surround sound music (yes, you may cast up your own device!), 2 ideal photo backdrop walls, 8 tables, 30+ chairs, a lounge area, and free parking. A projector and small screen for PowerPoints/presentations (and laptop computer) are available upon request if needed! Microphone available upon request. High-speed wifi for all guests. Seats up to 32 guests comfortably and is completely BYOB (alcoholic or non). Cater in a meal or just provide finger foods for the guests. We provide a mini-fridge, plastic cups, bottle openers, and large ice bins to keep your beverages cool. Incorporate gift-opening, party games, awards/ceremonies, and decorations if you wish.
