“It has been extremely difficult for us to put such a wonderful experience into words. Our experience began when stumbling upon a band, PopStyle, who we had never heard of before. After reaching out we were pleased to get a quick and genuine response back from Karl. From the first response the group clearly took our questions to heart and responded in a way which we felt comfortable that we had been heard, even after we had been forward about never hearing of them before. After deciding to go with them for the wedding night, we met in person to go over the night. Karl is a true professional and added some suggestion where we needed it and let us steer the ship as we wanted to. Ultimately we were happy and comfortable to put the night in his hands, they did not disappoint. As the wedding came around, it was clear that PopStyle knew how to perform. We received more compliments on the band throughout the night and on the impressive skill on just about every individual musician in the group. Which is something to say as more than a few of our guests have professional backgrounds in music. What struck us most was not only the raw talent and the ability to completely nail each song, but that the band itself had fun. You would never know they were not just a group of friends getting together to jam out. They danced, smiled, laughed, and even stepped into the crowd once or twice to have an epic horn or vocal solo back and forth. We will lastly say that one of our biggest complaints leaving weddings (DJ or Band) is when the musicians do not read the room and only play what they want, instead of play for the crowd. PopStyle knew how to direct the feeling of the night. Each song flowed from the last and set them up for the next set. They seemed to hit ever genre with expertise which gave something to everyone in the crowd. Our only reservations going into this was the lack of other reviews out there, given they are a newer band. We only hope that this speaks volumes to how incredible they are and comforts you in knowing you are hiring the best we have heard. “If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I used Showcase Sound for DJ, photo booth and the Led dance floor for my son's Bar Mitzvah. I already knew they were great but WOW! They kept the dance floor packed from the beginning to the very end. I had guests commenting all night (and after) how amazing they were. Rob took the time to text or set up whatever zoom calls we felt we needed. For the actual day, Rob was amazing. We had dinner service, reception, and "after party". Robs killed it with his flow between songs, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible if we had any requests in the moment, and was able to dodge or handle any "questionable" song requests that came his way. We knew that he always put my husband and I's wishes first. We also had multiple people comment on how good the DJ was during the reception, and after the fact! He also went above and beyond to pull heroics the day of to get some of our DIY spot lighting set up that wasn't set up the night prior. Rob was incredible to work with, and just as fun to chat with. Will miss working with them, but absolutely will be following their journeys and would use them again in a heartbeat! So thankful for Justin and Rob!”

“Lucas was recommended to us as "the DJ you want to hire if you want someone you can trust to keep your dance floor full and to read the crowd to keep your party going," which immediately appealed to us. We live in Brooklyn, and got married in the Catskills, and found out that Lucas also DJs regularly at some of our favorite spots in Brooklyn. From our first contact with Lucas, he was responsive, kind, interested in getting to know us and our taste, and super professional. We connected on a personal level as well as on a musical one. Now, having had Lucas DJ our wedding and supply all of the audio equipment, we can't recommend him highly enough. The audio for our ceremony and speeches worked without a hitch (he also helped to professionally feed our ceremony audio/music into our livestream setup), Lucas knew exactly the right moments to take cues for music, and when the dance party began, he played great music that totally matched our vibe and tastes, and as promised, he kept the dance floor full all night (no small feat, especially because we downsized our wedding to 60 guests). In addition to being an excellent DJ, he's also a great guy to be around, and on your wedding day, it's really nice to feel like you are surrounded by people you want to spend time with. Multiple people came up to us to ask about Lucas during and after our wedding, because he was that exceptional. Hire him and you will be so glad you did! Couldn't ask for more in a DJ.”

“We hired Elevation Band for our Wedding at the Kimmel Center on 5/18/24. I could write a novel on how amazing they were but will try to keep it brief. They are professional from start to finish (Lea was awesome to work with) and make your entire night from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception of the highest quality. The band is the perfect mix of amazing vocalists who complement each other so well and other top quality band members. The dance floor was packed all night to the extent the dance floor was shaking at one point. The ballads at the beginning of dinner service were breathtaking. With our ceremony, Brian did a great job following our difficult instructions related to some of the music to be played, and did a fantastic job on some of the premixes for the walk. He also had everything needed such as speakers and microphones for the ceremony and confirmed and communicated with us on everything to ensure it went smoothly. We needed a mix of chutney/soca and American music for our reception and Brian did an amazing job that satisfied EVERYONE. Stefan was incredibly professional, detailed, and fun to work with. He was so flexible with all the things we had going on. From preplanning meetings to the wedding day, Mitch was extremely on top of everything to ensure our wedding day ran smoothly. When we had our live acoustic guitarist back out somewhat suddenly, we reached out to Mitch for references. Our venue was certainly not easy to deal with and was trying to control the entire wedding, cut our speeches short, and was rude to almost all of our vendors.
