I can not put in words how amazing it was to have my wedding at Magnolia Terrace. The owners and staff were absolutely amazing. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. They set up my venue perfectly. I could not have asked for a better day. I will recommend this venue to everyone I know.

My husband and I just got married at The Barn and I wish we could do it all over again....our experience was more than 1000 stars for sure ! The Food-The Venue- The Flowers Everything was Perfect. Celeste & Ryan went WAYYYYY Above and Beyond to make sure our day was stress free and perfect. They just updated the back patio and added soooo many decorations and accents it s amazing how much they truly care. I am a veryyyy needy picky bride and with their experience and advise, it was a breeze for me. 100% put your trust in them , Celeste is soooooo detailed ,calm and so easy to talk to and like everyone says a fairy God mother to her brides = she is ! Ryan s food was sooooo hot and delicious our guests are still raving about their dinner. I could go on and on trust me - BOOK THIS VENUE ASAP ! We are SOOOOO HAPPY we did . 1000000000 Stars and then some ! BOOK BOOK BOOK !

We chose this venue for our micro wedding on Feb 11, 2022. It was just as magical, rustic and urban looking vibe as we expected. Although we had a micro wedding, the venue could easily fit a bigger party, and the entire ambience of the place is definitely buildable with customizations while keeping it authentic to the “ industrial chic” vibe. Danielle, the venue coordinator did an amazing job of decking up the venue and make it beautiful for our wedding. The venue has a pub/eatery next to it that can cater some delicious food. In short , the venue is a complete package!

My wife and I met and got engaged in the Catskill Mountains, so it was so important to us that we also got married there. We found Spillian from an online search, and my wife was instantly drawn to the place; I was skeptical. But after touring it for the first time and meeting the owners - Mark and Leigh - it was apparent this was the only place we would want to get married. At Spillian there are no rules, and intentionality is the driving force behind every decision. From the food, to the people, to the actual wedding day, if you can dream it they can accommodate it. We wanted to do our rehearsal dinner there, and they asked us what we wanted for food. I tentatively proposed a build-your-own Bahn Mi bar and Mark wrote back a delicious, detailed menu, complete with boba tea. The food was excellent, and the fact that they have some rooms for you and some guests to stay on site made it even more special. We elected to have our bridal party there and it was so nice to be able to spend some time with them before and after the wedding. We came with all of our own decorations, and our flowers were dropped off the night before, and we were nervous about getting everything set up that day. But Alex and Sam, our day-of coordinators, took care of everything and make it look even better than we had ever imagined. And when it came to the day of, we were so overwhelmed that it was hard to make snap decisions. Sam and Alex were so patient with us, and really helped guide us through the day. I can't sing their praises enough but will publicly thank them here for allowing us to have the wedding of our dreams.

Finding your perfect venue for your perfect day is no easy task, and I had the hardest time finding a venue that combined my husband's rustic taste with my own elegant style. That is, until we found Villa Parker! It had everything we wanted, it was the perfect size for our 70 guest wedding (but we had room for much more than that) and it came with all the beautiful additions and inclusions we wanted! Including the best day-of coordinator a girl can ask for. Communication and organization was a breeze and Villa Parker really takes the guesswork out of a lot of things involving wedding planning! Best of all? They are pet-friendly! So we were able to bring our sweet pup into the mix along with a local rescue to raise money for a non-profit organization! Two puppies were adopted at our wedding thanks to the wonderful people at Villa Parker. This is one gorgeous venue to remember.

When my husband and I started working with the Sheraton, we went through 4 coordinators!!! It was so stressful but when Sarah came to be the final one, she worked very hard to get things done. Her communication was great, her organization was great, she's very professional, and honestly I felt like we were doomed before her. My guests are still raving about my wedding over a month later!! She's so friendly and personable too. She even helped out the day after the wedding to check in and to make sure everything was fine. We really appreciated everything she did for us!!!!

We just got married at Turkey Trac on 11/12/22. We booked in May 2022 as they had an opening due to a cancellation. With a short timeframe i was a little nervous about being able to pull it off. Miranda was absolutely incredible. I seriously cannot speak more highly of her. She was so cool and down to earth, super easy to work with, helped provide suggestions when I needed recommendations for other vendors etc. The day could not have went any smoother. We had one little hiccup with my caterer that was missing some of our cocktail hour food and Miranda was on it and had it solved extremely quickly. It was incredible! She checked in periodically on us all night. Helped make sure we kept on time and was just an overall amazing owner/ day of coordinator as well. The venue is absolutely stunning! Pictures there are gorgeous but i feel like they don’t do it justice. It’s just breathtaking. We received so many compliments on how beautiful it was. Everything flowed so nicely too with the ceremony space, cocktail hour space and the barn reception space. They have heaters and roll down sides which made the brisk evening still perfect for those that were chilly. The bridal suite is incredible, comfortable and made for wonderful pictures for both my first look with my father and with my husband with his mother. So many amazing photo spots! The silo, the faux fireplace, the old truck out front, the field - just amazing! The Turkey Trac crew was so great helping coordinate with everyone for parking, had little bathroom emergency kits already set up, and their clean up was awesome. All we had to do was pop by the next day to grab our decorations which they neatly set aside for us all in one spot. She has decor that you can rent for amazing prices which save you so much money and space so you don’t have to lug it around. Miranda got an amazing video of my dad and i from behind walking down the isle and that is something i didn’t even think of, but will cherish forever. If i did the whole day over again i wouldn’t change a thing. I couldn’t speak more highly of Turkey Trac. I would recommend it to everyone! I hope to rent the space out in the future for other events like maybe baby shower down the line! Thank you Turkey Trac for such an incredible day! You made all our dreams come true!

God I don't even know where to begin. We started our planning and venue search 8 months before the date. Valle Vista was the first place, and the only one that we looked at. They had every single little thing we wanted, and infinitely much more that we never would have thought of. The different appointments throughout the process and the purposes they served, such as selecting the cake and choosing runners for tables, or finalizing how everything will be looking for the big day. They were there with us every single step of the way. On our day, Amelia was an absolute gem to everyone, including the ushers, bridal parties, and guests on absolutely everything and anything to make the event function smoothly. There's no words to describe her and the staff's work other than being a truly well oiled machine. The food and cake was exceptional and all the guests loved it. It's impossible to put into words how incredible the whole day was, and I wish I could put it all into this small review. Not a single bad thing was said about anything by anyone all night, and rather they all had such a one of a kind time. None of this would have been possible without choosing Valle Vista. When you first walk in the venue you get the sense of Wow and a warm welcome ambiance. Beautiful architectural design for a wedding in the country. Beautifully landscaped and the gazebo overlooking the serene water fountain in the pond is absolutely breath taking and was the perfect setting for the outdoor ceremony! My bride and groom, Ashlyn and Rhett loved it and glow on their faces the entire time was proof they had chosen the perfect venue. The Manager and the owners go out of their way to make thing perfect and are more than accommodating!

If you’re reading this review just stop and book your stay already, actually book 2 extra nights. My husband and I had a wild idea to host our family and friends here AND our wedding ceremony. Gigi, Matty, Brian, Angel, and others, are absolute legends and went above and beyond for us. This location can not be beat for a relaxing, rejuvenating, and peaceful visit. The team really went the extra mile to solve our planning problems (I had many) and made us feel like family. Some of the cabins are pet-friendly which meant the world to us as my father is blind and needs his seeing-eye dog to get around. We knew there would be no hassle having friends bring their dogs too! The rooms are cozy and accessible, for those with mobility issues there are walkways and cabins on flat ground. We dream about sitting around that camp fire with all our friends and family often and are forever grateful to have found Belleayre Lodge!!

Exceeded my expectations! From the very start of the whole process, Vincent put our minds at ease. He is so responsive and helpful the whole way through. The absolute best there is!!! Then Our matre d, Lauren, what can I say? Amazing!!!! She took care of everything and made the night so seem less. My bridal attendant helped bustle my dress and made sure everyone was fed. She even came on the dance floor to help in a pinch to re bustle my dress. The staff was amazing and guests got to choose their meals then, total score! Now what the fans said: “the food was delicious” “I’ve never seen such an amazong cocktail hour” “it was so beautiful!”

The food was superb - all of our guests raved about the creative menu and exceptional quality. The staff attended to every detail and kept things running smoothly so we could relax and enjoy our reception. We couldn't recommend Giorgio's more highly for catering and venue services, especially with their top-notch communication every step of the way.

The venue is gorgeous, which makes for the best pictures and the food is delicious. The staff works so hard on every little detail to make sure you have everything you could want for your special day. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with top notch service, look no further! You will be SO happy having your wedding at Regency!

From the start Gary and Christina took the time to explain how the day would go for our Wedding. We were able to ask questions along the way and truthfully being that we were new to this, they made us feel comfortable by explaining what would work best for our needs and wants. The team ….what can we say they were great. They have from the parking attendants, Bartenders and waitstaff all good people. They were so helpful. We had one of our vendors not show and Christina made a phone call and took care of it. Our experience was eventful we were a little nervous in the days leading up to the wedding our detail itinerary set our day. We could do this alone. We strongly recommend you take a look at The Ranch On Vinton Rd they throw on hair and makeup and a trial it optional but I was able to use it for our dinner rehearsal and was a money saver for us. All in all we had a memorable time and The Ranch.

We recently hosted our couple's wedding at the Key West Beachside Hotel and would highly recommend the venue for any type of event! The atmosphere was really relaxing and laid back which is perfect for families, as well as business events. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional which adds to the experience. The location is great, only a few minutes drive to downtown Key West and many nearby attractions. The rooms are amazingly spacious, clean, and is well stocked with all the amenities you need with a nice view of the ocean. The outdoor pool is also very nice and perfect to relax and cool off. Overall, this venue offers a great experience and would highly recommend for events, vacationing, and dining.

They quickly replied to our texts, emails, and phone calls, and were there to guide us through every step of the planning process. On the day of our wedding, the space was absolutely beautiful - we were able to take amazing photos anywhere inside and out. The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, greeting us and our guests with a smile. Mike, Sophia, and Erica were especially wonderful, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could truly enjoy our special day. The ambiance was great, and the food was even better - our guests are still raving about it. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to work with.

We had our wedding in the ballroom. Very scenic and beautiful venue! Overall a pretty good venue that includes food, tables, chairs, linens, etc. The ballroom house itself is beautiful with lots of light indoors due to the large windows, and a nice deck for an outside ceremony. Zoe communicated with us and answered all our questions and did our tasting and planning, until a week before the actual day where we were assigned a day of coordinator. I found this system to be not great, since the day of coordinator was essentially a stranger that you've never talked to at all, and you basically have to re explain everything you want. Even though they have an online planning tool (which is old and outdated), I found that they got our aisle directions wrong, the reception layout wrong, and our dinner meals were wrong. Thankfully, we had a separate planner that was able to correct these things, so I recommend getting an outside coordinator that works directly with you if you have room in the budget. Another thing was our limited setup time of 1.5 hours meaning the florist and other vendors couldn't set up earlier with more elaborate decorations and had to do something simple. I found out that this is because they had another wedding at the same place before ours (literally ending at 4) and so they rush to get the place cleaned for the evening wedding. The main room and the suit was renovated, but the bathrooms were all still dingy and not the best/cleanest to use. The food was good though, better than we had at our tasting and they got it out fast. Our vendors were fed the same food, and our guests thought it was pretty good wedding food. Apart from the couple hiccups we had, we thought the venue was great overall and really beautiful and we don't regret having our wedding there at all. It could be a little bit better in the small details for the price though.

This venue was amazing from start to finish. We met with Brian during the planning process and he was extremely helpful and generous the whole time. When planning, since it was both our second weddings, I said I didn’t want a hall. We saw a few places but when we stepped into The Watermill we fell in love with it!! We loved the relaxed feeling, the amazing aromas, the gorgeous gardens, the spacious feeling, the friendly staff, the endless amount of food!!!! We still have people raving about the food! We had several add ons and even the staff commented that they never saw so much food served at a wedding! When arriving we were greeted by our Maitre’d Sean and Bridal Attendant Morgan. They never left our side all night. They helped with every little detail and made sure our drinks were always full, our napkins were on our laps, made sure our kids and family were happy and that we were having a great time!! Morgan even helped my Mom with her shoe and found tape to put on it so it would stop rubbing. They were amazing! We took pictures outside before the ceremony and they brought out a ton of food for the bridal party and family! They were all starving so this was great!! There was also food and champagne in our bridal suite! We did a run through rehearsal and Sean whisked us away so we wouldn’t be seen by anyone. We had amazing weather so were able to enjoy our beautiful ceremony and cocktail hour outside. The amount of food at cocktail hour was insane! We didn’t get to walk around much as we were greeting guests but from what I saw and pictures people took, the food just didn’t stop! It was the best mix of everything and the stations were set up in such a fun way! The guests loved it. They were all full already!! But more food was waiting!! Next came the reception in the Vanderbilt Room. We had 200 people and still had plenty of space to move around. That was important to me. The bar was never packed as they had several people working it. I didn’t eat much that night but they did pack it up for me to eat later and it was delicious. Our guests could not get over the amount of choices they had for their dinner. They’ve never seen anything like that before. Everyone said it was great. We chose the Viennese hour for dessert and wow!!!! My husband and I sat at our table and enjoyed watching everyone go around picking dessert. I can’t even explain all the amazing choices they provided! It was beyond what we could have imagined!! The whole dance floor was surrounded by tables of amazing desserts!! And let’s not forget the donut wall and hot pretzels on the way out!! I cannot rave enough about The Watermill and the staff!! If you are getting married here you are in excellent hands. They are experts at what they do. From booking, to drop off, to the day of, everything was flawless and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!! It was without a doubt the best wedding!!!

My partner and I can’t express enough how much we absolutely loved having Goggleworks as our wedding venue! We met during college in our art program, so being able to have our wedding day in an arts building surrounded by beautiful artwork was so special. Goggleworks was one of the first places I happened upon while browsing venues in the area and I knew it was the one right away. Margaret was an absolute dream to work with and took all of the stress out of wedding planning - she was always quick to answer any questions we had and was consistently so helpful and kind up to the day. The space at Goggleworks is so very exceptional and unique (we chose room 238 for our full event - the market lights and exposed brick are positively dreamy!), the perfect size for our smaller wedding (we had around 50 guests attend), and very affordable! We were also able to set up the day before which was perfect. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and could not stop raving about it - we loved that everyone was able to walk around the center in between our ceremony and reception to view the art exhibits. One attendee said it was the first time they’d purchased a souvenir at a wedding (referring to the gift shop!) This is truly a hidden beautiful gem of a venue - we wish we could do it all over again and I would give 1000 stars review if I could! We also appreciate as a queer couple that this venue was 100% LGBTQ friendly and we were so comfortable and grateful. We truly cannot recommend Goggleworks enough and especially the absolute rockstar that is Margaret! Thank you for making our day the most perfect it could be!!

Let me start with this, one of my friend’s is a retired wedding/event coordinator and she said she’s never seen a team as good as the MBR team in her 20 years. The atrium is a beautiful ceremony location, the ballroom is classy and perfect for a wedding bash, their vendors are excellent, and they are just a well oiled machine. They take great notes throughout the process and check in with you, their software platform makes it easy and I just can’t say enough good things about the day of. I had someone constantly checking in to see if I needed something to drink or food, etc. We went down the street for pics and a coordinator came with us and made sure we had water when we got back. 100/10 rating. Also, so many photo opps near the venue.

The ranch consists of 4 rustic Cabins, retro-fitted Airstream trailers, a lodge and the internationally famous architectural masterpiece known as the Hatch House. The ranch is located just 2 hours from Los Angeles and 40 minutes from Palm Springs. Rimrock is the perfect getaway for those visiting Joshua Tree, Pioneertown or taking in live music at the world renowned Pappy and Harriet’s. Rimrock is also a serene location for weddings, retreats, film/photography shoots or celebrations of any kind.

The high desert is a special place for us. It's a second home and it's where we truly fell in love. So it was a no-brainer to have our wedding there. Rimrock Ranch was the first venue we toured and we knew right away that it was the right place for us. The grounds and views are stunning, the cabins are charming, and the staff is like family. Gwen, Eric, Reno, and Team are incredibly kind, thoughtful, accommodating, and easy-going. They make you feel right at home and completely safe in their hands. They've done a bunch of these and it shows. They also have fantastic vendor recommendations. The bartenders, the caterers, and the audio set-up were all first-rate. We had the wedding of our dreams at Rimrock Ranch and could not recommend them more!

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees. Some include catering, tables and chairs, and linens, while others offer just the raw space. These venues are often less expensive because you are only paying for the space itself, and you’ll have to bring in outside vendors
