Everything could not have been better at the Noelle from start to finish. When we first toured with Jordan a year ago, from booking to tasting and payment and finalizing details communication with Jordan and the team at Noelle has been amazing! The catering and serving team, the bartender Jasmine, and every person we met at the Noelle did everything to go above and beyond and make our weekend special. everything at the wedding itself was incredibly seamless and efficient, i could not have asked for a better venue to get married at!!

Very little decor or expense is required to create a beautiful background. The Garden Room leads to private patios where guests are able to meet and mingle by the stone fireplace in the evening for after dinner dessert and coffees. The quality of food and exceptional service have always been priority for patrons, earning Cafe Cortina's reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry.

I never write reviews, but this place is the best kept secret in Michigan. I choose this place for the ambiance, but ended up loving it for the staff. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for almost 25 years, and I’ve never given nor received the level of service we received at Café Cortina. Kelley and Meg made my day forever memorable. The food was amazing. Everything was perfect. I truly felt like I was waited on hand and foot but ultimately the personalities of the staff made it incredible. Thanks Café Cortina!

The staff at Galaxy did a great job working with us to customize our booking for our small wedding. We booked the Wine Cellar which was the perfect size for a small, intimate reception and we still had plenty of room to add bar service. Our bartender was fantastic and really added to the fun of our event, and the other staff were super attentive and great to work with as well. The food was fantastic and our guests really enjoyed the whole evening.

The ease and guidance throughout the whole process allowed us to not worry about anything on our big day! We would 100% recommend the Lincklaen House to all of our friends!

Super helpful coordinators. We had the ceremony and reception here and it was perfect for a small to medium wedding. They have center pieces to rent and they set up all the tables and linens so you have virtually no set up to do at the venue. You can’t hang stuff on the walls but the space so so beautiful and decorated already so you don’t really need much. The food was delicious also.

I want to thank the staff and owner of Venue808. My husband and I recently had our wedding at this venue and first the place is amazing, it truly is a hidden gem. We couldn't have been happier with Gran Electrica: the space is beautiful, the food and cocktails are delicious, and the staff is so wonderful. Working with Victoria was a total dream. We never had to worry about anything, and we and our guests all had a great time.

The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

We got married at the Wagner House in September of 2021. We had a short window, only 3 months to plan, but everything went off without a hitch. The best part was their accommodation of live music instead of a dj. The venue has house sound and lights so that saved us a ton of money. We had six musicians throughout the night and a full band. It was a blast!

Having the big garage door open made the space feel open and bright... it was perfect for our 50 person wedding celebration! 100% would recommend!

I cannot stop raving about this venue and the whole event planning team. We had such an amazing experience having out wedding at the Horton Grand Hotel, it makes me want to do it all over again. The venue itself is beautiful and provides a perfect romantic setting for an outdoor wedding. Planning a wedding this year during COVID was nothing short of difficult but Jennifer and the whole event planning staff were so helpful and understanding throughout the whole planning process and really made planning this wedding and keeping our original date so easy. Jennifer constantly kept us updated on the current status of the hotel and was amazing at relaying information related to closures and events to us. She was knowledgeable about the restrictions and helped us plan for a day that was not only perfect in every way but also provided safety to our guests. It was a pleasure having our wedding at such a beautiful location and we were so pleased with how it all turned out and the responsiveness of the staff. There were a number of last minute challenges that made our planning stressful, it was worth every stress and the staff at the Horton Grand Hotel helped us through every set back allowing us to fully enjoy our day. We will forever remember our gorgeous Oakland wedding at the Terrace Room. This venue highlights the beauty of Oakland, especially at night. It’s absolutely stunning. Candi (the event coordinator) was super sweet and worked with us faithfully, even through two COVID-19 postponements. After hearing about all the horrors couples went through with unaccommodating venues, Terrace Room made it easy to stick it out with them to have the wedding we originally wanted. Their food is fantastic as well! We keep getting compliments on it from our guests to this day. Choosing Terrace Room meant knocking out many to-do’s off our wedding planning list, as they provide a lot of services in their pricing. Speaking of price, this place can’t be beat. You get a lot for your money. Take a look at their preferred vendor list as well, they have some winners! Thank you eternally to Candi and Terrace Room for hosting the most beautiful night of our lives.

Working with the Leavitt for our wedding reception was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. The venue is gorgeous with multiple different spaces to meet the needs of any size event. We rented the whole campus and it was perfect to give our guests plenty of spaces to party/eat/relax. The bar is cozy and sexy, the theatre was perfect for the live band, and the garden area outside made the perfect space for conversation in the late summer night. Their cocktails are some of the best I’ve ever had, and their kitchen staff was so kind and helpful. Nell, their event manager is incredibly communicative, detail oriented, and just an all around amazing person. She thought of everything to make sure our guests were comfortable and we also got to enjoy ourselves as newlyweds— what else could you ask for?! It was so nice to know that all the details were taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend The Leavitt for anything related to your wedding— rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or late night after party. Thank you Leavitt team! You made our wedding “ours”

The enchanted setting lends itself to the perfect wedding. El Encanto has the most beautiful patio in the Valley. The old world architecture charms in every way! The highlights include brick floors, hand-laid slate stone accents, Mexican tiles, and an amazing pond filled with ducks, turtles and tons of fish. And in every corner and all around the pond, flowers, plants and enormous enchanting trees. Plus, a beautiful tiled archway to silhouette your nuptials, and cozy fireplaces. All offer a dreamy backdrop for any event and to your memories in charming photos.

Our wedding was perfect. Summer, the event manager, was so easy to work with and so flexible. Pricing was also affordable as we couldn't justify spending what a lot of people are spending on their weddings. Bonus that the food is amazing so what you get normally as a restaurant patron is what you can expect at your wedding. Only bummer is that it is a restaurant so you can't bring outside liquor or food (besides a cake). The food wasn't an issue for us as I wanted the fajitas and flan (hands down best flan I've ever had, by the way), but alcohol could have been cheaper if we could have brought our own. We did have to pay normal drink pricing which made this part hard to budget/plan as it went over what we anticipated even with champagne and a margarita fountain accounted for. But that’s not enough of a negative, just something to note when choosing this place. The South Patio in Cave Creek is so beautiful we hardly used (or needed) any decor. Best part about using this restaurant as our venue - we can now visit on future anniversaries for dinner and reminisce about our special day.

We loved everything about the Margaret Place. Communication was easy, the owner was quick with responses and accommodating for all of our questions and needs. The space is very modular so you can change the layout/floorplan to your exact desire. We had the ceremony followed by a second line while they flipped the space for the rehearsal. It was all so streamlined and when we got back the space had a whole different vibe. We had the dance floor in the loung, which made it a little more intimate and it looked amazing! The venue itself is just gorgeous, with a spacious and peaceful property that provided the perfect White Mountains backdrop. The large house comfortably fit all of our wedding party and out-of-town guests. We couldn't have asked for a better mountain retreat to host our special day and would happily recommend Page Hill Public House to any couple looking for a classic New Hampshire wedding venue.

We're getting married in April and the folks at Rye & Revelry have been a dream to work with. The venue is beautiful--views across green Tennessee meadows and hills, and a fantastic indoor space full of light, warm glowing wood, and exquisite locally crafted lamps and quilts. But the real treasure here is Craig and Rachel, the owners of R&R. They've put together packages of wedding services, including catering, that are so much more reasonably priced than anyplace else around. And they have a big stock of wedding and party decor that's going to save hundreds of dollars that we thought we'd have to spend on decorations. Craig and Rachel really listen to what you want and your concerns, and they're incredibly accommodating to try to meet your desires and alleviate anxieties. We didn't need all the items in the wedding package we chose (the Oak Barrel) and they were flexible and creative about working out changes we asked for. They have lots of experience in catering and the foods we tried at our tasting this week were delicious. We feel blessed to be working with Rye & Revelry to host our wedding.

The room for the cocktail hour was set up wonderfully. Table settings are included with the package and the candles looked perfect. We felt secure in knowing we could easily move the ceremony inside with any weather concerns. The landscaping/greenery is so well taken care of, it looked fantastic for our ceremony outside on the patio. The hotel staff set up, serve, and clean up - it made for a very relaxing weekend. Our hotel room was incredible also. The hotel was generous with leaving little surprises and gifts for us when we arrived to our room. It was all worth the price.

Our pictures were fantastic and that's largely because the venue itself is such a cool space. We got a lot of compliments on the food and the chef is also a pleasure to work with. I would consider using them again in a heartbeat for future events.

Not only is the space itself beautiful and unbeatable, the team behind Albert's Bar are among the nicest and most helpful I've ever worked with. Their events lead Jenn was with us every step of the way, the manager Pete made us feel so seen & heard, and a massive thank you also to Abby for executing every detail for us on the day of the big event! The bar tenders and wait staff completed enamored my family & friends (and how kind were they to humor us in our excessive enthusiasm!) There are so many areas of our experience to rave about... Quite honestly, my family and friends are *still* waxing poetic about their big night out in midtown. This venue absolutely elevated the experience of everyone who attended. We had several high profile attendees from out of town who mentioned more than once that they were "completely blown away by Albert's". My guests who were local were equally impressed. This venue made us look as cool as we think we are ;) Run, don't walk, to secure your wedding space with Albert's. The whole staff was so easy to work with and all of the meetings went so smooth.

The Prado at Balboa Park is a National Historic Landmark which was originally built for the 1915-16 Panama-California Exposition. This two year festival was held in Balboa Park to promote San Diego and to celebrate the 1914 opening of the Panama Canal.

We had our wedding anniversary at the Prado and it was the dream celebration I wished I'd had for our wedding! FIrst off, the options we were offered for food choices was over the top. Everyone was so accomodating helping us with things. The day of, I felt like a Queen! I never lifted a finger- the staff always made sure I had a drink in my hand, and each time I got up from my chair, I came back to a seat with fresh a fresh napkin. The wait staff is so professional- they are there but not in your face. Everything we needed or wanted was handled for us. We have an event company, so have many contacts in the industry, and we chose to have our big party at the Prado because we knew we would be taken care of. We were not let down!

Scott was an outstanding maitre de the night of rehearsal and the day/night of the wedding and Nancy was wonderful and so easy to work with from initial emails to dinner tasting to countless phone calls (on my end) to the wedding day and everything in between! Bartenders and servers were extremely friend both during the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day! Beautiful martini bar add on was a HUGE hit! So happy and thrilled we chose Springfield! We would chose them all over again if we could!

We cannot recommend Pagu highly enough for your wedding or event. From the very first email, they were unlike any of the venues we had reached out to. Overall, Pagu is flexible, which not only made wedding planning MUCH less stressful, but it made our wedding personal to us. Every time we had a question, they had an answer and a solution. You’re not messing around with rentals for plates, chairs, tables, linens or tons of decor. The space is beautiful and already functions so well as a restaurant, allowing you to just be their guest on your wedding day. The FOOD! Multiple guests came up to us and said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Everything was hot, fresh, aesthetically plated and delicious. The family style sharing was relaxed, fun and nobody had to wait in line. The cake was so light and beautifully decorated. Day-of, what really stood out was the exceptional service and kindness we received from the entire team at Pagu. Everyone who works there was so positive, accommodating, and thoughtful. When I was “hiding” before the ceremony, the team delivered an entire tea/coffee service with some of the food to make sure I got something to eat! When we got back to our hotel, we found a portion of each dish in our fridge, just because they heard we hadn’t finished our second course or dessert while we were socializing. It was above and beyond thoughtful! Beyond taking extremely good care of us, all of our guests commented that it was one of the most relaxing weddings because the Pagu team thought of everything. At most weddings, there’s not a server checking in with you about your allergies, restrictions, and if you would like a drink. Since Pagu is a restaurant, you get outstanding restaurant-quality service. They even made a last minute, individual substitution for a new dietary restriction on the spot, and allowed that guest to enjoy the food, too! Another huge bonus was there was almost no bar line, since they’re used to making drinks for this many people! Other highlights of our experience include doing the cocktail creation session with Jimmy. We aren’t big drinkers, so we almost didn’t do this, but we are so glad we did - it was a blast, and the guests loved the personal cocktails. We highly recommend it! The space is gorgeous, the people are a dream, and the food was outstanding. Amanda (the venue coordinator/manager) was so easy to work with and on top of everything. Even our very traditional families (who were very skeptical when we said we were getting married at a restaurant) said afterwards it was one of the best weddings they’d been to. I CANNOT say enough great things about Clyde's!!! I really wanted to keep things as simple and efficient as possible buy getting a venue that would be what I would consider to be "all inclusive" in terms of reception necessities (tables, chairs, food, silverware, glassware, dishes, linens, etc.). CHECK! I also really wanted our wedding reception to have an elevated simple yet elegant garden party aesthetic. DOUBLE CHECK! Plus, I used to show horses and am an avid equestrian, so the fact that they have an equestrian theme was just the icing atop of the cake! When we first went to look at the space, I fell in love with it! We ended up reserving the outdoor terrace for the reception and also. the two rooms upstairs for our wedding party to get ready in. The outdoor terrace was absolutely gorgeous and the reflecting pool was just spectacular! Having the rooms upstairs to get ready was great because then we had a place to escape and also to leave our belongings safely and securely. When getting ready, they had the waitstaff come upstairs and we could order anything off of the brunch menu. That was a lot of fun and made everything so relaxed and enjoyable! Tara and Keeley were absolutely fantastic! Super professional, super quick with responses, and great upbeat personalities! They really helped make our wedding day so spectacular! Another bonus, since we reserved the outdoor garden terrace, they also reserved and indoor option for us as well for a rain plan - FREE OF CHARGE! Everyone at the wedding was saying how great the food was, the atmosphere, the staff, everything was superb! I honestly can't think of anything I would change. I can't say enough great things about Clyde's I HIGHLY recommend them! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a venue for a wedding or any event, as they have so many different options for event spaces!! Go check out Clyde's NOW!! We had our wedding here in February of 2024. The space is so incredibly beautiful. It would have been worth it for the view and the vibe alone. To our enormous delight, the staff is also unbelievably friendly and helpful, and the cocktails are to die for. Lawless did not charge an event fee, only the food and beverage minimum, a small fee to do the ceremony on site (ours was 500) and a fee for a day of coordinator (so worth it!). This is a game changer for a wedding budget and allowed us to splurge on some things we thought we'd have to miss out on. We selected the plated dinner, and they were flexible with us on plating when we asked for small adjustments. Every time we had a question, they were extremely responsive. We had concerns about accessibility for our guests with wheelchairs, but the team at Lawless provided detailed instructions on how to access from The Rice elevators. We cannot thank Mel, Emily, Courtney, Morgan, and Caleb enough for making our special day run smoothly and look perfect.

So much greenery and nature to enjoy while having a rustic venue! Very down to earth folks, so nice and accommodating to work with. Only docked some points for email communications which were sometimes missed, so when booking I'd say just make direct phone calls or plan to meet with the venue team in person once or twice and you're GOLDEN! My mother was concerned about wines which would be available at venue and they set up a whole wine tasting for her to ensure they provided wines she liked! They are now partnered with artists to provide beautiful local art for your event - however we have a family artist and they allowed us to hang my great-grandfathers art works for the event! It was the most incredible day and this venue was the platform for it all!

We had the best night of our lives at Peasant celebrating our wedding. We chose this restaurant because we always loved the food and romantic cozy atmosphere. When we had to quickly pivot our wedding plans to a smaller venue (4 weeks from our date!), they were our first call. The team at Peasant sprang into action and delivered the wedding we always dreamed of. We had our ceremony in front of the beautiful brick oven. We barely decorated the space because it's already so gorgeous. Our 70 guests sat at long tables for an incredible family style meal. The space quickly transformed into a dance floor, and a friend of ours DJ'd our favorite music. If you're looking for an intimate venue where you can relax and soak up the pure joy of your wedding day, Peasant has the vibes. Our guests still rave about the rigatoni alla vodka, the espresso martinis, and the kindness of the team months later. We keep going back for dates because we can't possibly get enough, and Peasant will always hold a special place in our hearts.

With high ceilings and white washed brick walls, the sun-filled room features original tile floors, dating back to the early 1900s. Antique long leaf heart pine, sourced from the Hudson Company and estimated to be between 300 and 600 years old, is repurposed for walls, tabletops and the uniquely designed bar with wrap-around seating. Lempert, inspired by 18th century scientific botanical engravings, collaborated with Flavor Paper to design wallpaper featuring the namesake Meadowsweet herb, and it’s seen throughout the restaurant in various iterations. Her photos, taken on the family’s property upstate, feature plants, vegetables and herbs and are also found throughout the restaurant. Bringing life to the space, a lofted mezzanine herb garden above the bar, which was created in collaboration with Brooklyn Grange, overlooks the dining room and features fresh rosemary, lemon thyme and mint, among others, used for cocktails.

Our rehearsal dinner at Meadowsweet was wonderful! The food was amazing. All our guests loved it. We have a group of 13. The restaurant was close enough for an Uber from our venue (Wythe). The staff and service were great! Highly recommend!

I would recommend the Old Rock House for any event. The venue was exactly what we were looking for. They provided everything that we needed and had many other options that we could have taken advantage of. Our only complaint was that communication was lacking based on clarity of cost and what was wanted.

I can't say enough great things about Wicked Wort. When we got engaged, we didn't give our venue a second thought. The inside of the brewery is so cool and unique, it made for some amazing photos. The day of, I didn't have to think about anything, they were all so great at taking care of what needed to be done. The best thing about having our wedding here? It was working with family. There wasn't a bunch of people running around who we didn't know- it was the same faces we had met with and planned with. Steve and Tracy are about the best business owners/runners, and having their family involved makes it even cooler. I look back on our photos and think about they day with so much joy- the pictures are as unique as the day was- and that's how it should be :) We wouldn't have changed a thing of how our big day went- and I will keep recommending Wicked Wort forever. Thank you all so much for everything and for making us feel like part of the family.

We went for so many tastings, just because we could, and we were obsessed with the food! It is some of the best food in all of NYC and such an affordable price. Our food was the most important thing to us at our wedding, we wanted there to be a variety, we wanted it to be yummy and we wanted there to be a lot of it so our guests would never become hungry. They nailed it! From the service to the attention to detail, everything was perfect and extremely affordable. It was also amazing to be able to have one vendor for all the food, servers, dessert and bar!

Working on events at Robert is always a pleasure. It has a striking decor and an unparalleled view of Columbus Circle and Central Park, and so we rarely need to add anything to make the room look great, and can focus purely on the more technical aspects of the event. Uniquely, it has an enormous and dramatic TV screen in the back that fits well into the decor if it's not being used, but can also be used for presentations of all kinds, and it has a nicely-balanced built-in sound system that makes our lives easier. It's not the largest of spaces, but it's very flexible and so we've still been able to cover a wide variety of events including multiple microphones, multiple TV screens, small stages, DJ's, and more. The team there is always excellent to work with, always looking to help ensure that everything fits exactly right, goes smoothly, and upholds the standards of quality that they are committed to.

We had an unforgettable wedding at the University of Minnesota Campus Club in February. We had about 6 months to plan our wedding and working with the staff at the Campus Club made the planning process more fun than anything! They had great taste and suggestions for the wedding, responded quickly to questions, and were so kind. We were also allowed to have our dog at the ceremony! It made the planning process streamlined because we could have the ceremony, dinner, food, and the dance floor all in one place. The venue already had so much character that one doesn't need a lot of extra decorations (and extra work). The space is so large that it does not feel crowded to have the entire wedding at this location. What drew us to this location were the stunning views of Minneapolis, the incredible food options (the guests could not stop talking about the steak!), and the multiple options you had for room choices. We rented out the West Wing and the bar area, which proved to be a great option for guests to mingle after the ceremony and before dinner. With amazing views, delectable food, and a beautiful venue it made our wedding a perfect day!

Bartenders were great, all the staff was great really. Highly recommend if you have a medium sized guest list and want a more laid back vibe rather than a formal or stuffy event hall.

There are many photos of the late Melton's prized thoroughbreds. Walt's also showcases original exposed log walls and a cozy stone fireplace in the main dining room. Outside, the property has colorful landscaping, Walt’s Rib Smokehouse and stunning entry doors. Walt's has 4 private dining spaces that seat from 10 to 100 guests.

Walts did a wonderful job with our reception. The food was out of this world and the service was even better. The room was set up perfectly and had a plenty of space for dancing. I highly recommend Walts for any occasion.

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year.
