We decided to Elope in San Diego and we found Brittany’s website while browsing on the internet. Brittany responded in a timely manner to our inquiry and after speaking to her over the phone, we decided to work with her. Brittany was very thorough with the process leading up to our special day. Which was impressive. On the day of our elopement, she was punctual and made us feel at ease. She is friendly, professional, kind and has a bubbly personality that made us feel as if we knew her for a while. Everything went better than expected and we are so grateful Brittany was the photographer to capture our special day. We absolutely love our photos!! We will cherish this special moment for the rest of our lives. Thank you Brittany for being a wonderful human being and taking a few minutes to get to know us. Hey hi, I am Vital (pronounced as Vee-tal), and I am your most chill wedding guest with a few cameras around my neck and a cheerful smile. I have been a wedding photographer since 2016, and every year I fall in love with my job more and more. My wife and I have a dog and a cat. We love to travel, eat good food and binge-watch good shows. I enjoy reading or listening to books, especially adventure novels and biographies. Alpine climbing, backpacking, and road-tripping are among my favorite activities too. There is more to my life story on my website :)

Awarded Best of Zola
There were so many great things about working with Vital that I hardly know where to start. We booked him through Zola after going through an overwhelming number of photographers’ portfolios— many beautiful pictures, but none of them felt like “us”. My husband and I are both camera shy and felt very strongly that we didn’t want to spend the whole day posing; Vital completely understood and delivered. From the first communications, he made us feel heard, understood, and supported. We met him for a small engagement shoot in our neighborhood to get acquainted before the big day, and he even brought a Polaroid camera after hearing our first photo together was a Polaroid— just an extremely thoughtful and personal touch that really encapsulates the way Vital works. Leading up to the wedding he was incredibly easy to get in touch with, even sending us questionnaires to understand exactly what we hoped to get out of our day (and what we like about each other as partners). I left feeling like he really wanted to understand US and deliver the photos WE wanted— versus some stock lineup of pictures you’d expect at a wedding. On the day of the wedding he showed up early, was totally prepared, and got to work without instruction. My husband and I were able to relax, soak in the memories, and completely forget a photographer was even there. And the results! He delivered our previews within days, had the full gallery ready in weeks, and the photos were gorgeous. He captured so many little moments that I would’ve otherwise missed. He got so many wonderful candid shots of us, our families, and our friends. Each picture is packed with feeling and energy. It was more than we could’ve dreamed of, and we’ve looked at them over and over since they were delivered. Getting the right photographer for your wedding is a huge decision, but if I had it to do over again I’d book Aesthetic Sabotage without question.

We loved working with Chelsea and Jack. The style of their photos was what we wanted—classic, timeless, natural and true to color. They were a joy to be around and while present, seemed to fade into the background, allowing us to be together and in the moment. However, we both felt like they became friends throughout the day. She sent us a sneak peak while we were on our honeymoon and we can’t wait to see more!

She took the time to get to know us as a couple, and it really showed in the photos—each one perfectly captured the essence of our relationship. On the wedding day, Aireal was such a calming presence. She was organized, professional, and had a way of making everyone feel at ease, even in the midst of all the chaos. She caught every detail and emotion without us ever feeling like we were constantly posing for pictures. Our photos are beyond beautiful. She captured so many moments we’ll treasure forever, and the quality is exceptional. We even ordered prints through her gallery and they came out flawless. It’s obvious that Aireal is passionate about her work, and she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We 100% recommend Shelby for any of your event or wedding needs (and everything in between). We hired Shelby to photograph our post-elopement family celebration/party, and while I was worried about finding a photographer who would be willing to work outside the box and be flexible for our needs, she put my fears absolutely to rest. She was warm, kind, professional, and clear in all of her communication, over email and in person. During our party, she was friendly and put our guests at ease. A day or two after the event she provided a photo highlight preview, so we got to see some photos almost immediately (so appreciated) — the final photos we received were absolutely beautiful and reflected her attention to detail and her ability to see and capture so many of those sweet candid moments you only get when all of your people are in one place. We will absolutely be contacting her again, next chance we get!

Harrison Boyd Photography

5.0

  • Classic style
  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Watsonville, CA for additional fees

I have been professionally capturing images for over 10 years. During that time, I built a successful promotional marketing company in Canada, received my MBA in Ireland, and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife. My favorite part about photography are the stories that are captured, the frozen moments in time that each picture highlights. Over the course of my career, I have been asked to tell thousands of stories. With the ability to operate in the United States, Canada, and Europe, I’m no stranger to traveling for a good story.

Harrison surpassed our expectations with his close attention to detail, capturing every moment beautifully. We're a slightly awkward couple, but he was professional and made us very comfortable taking our formals after the ceremony. Highly reccommend for those in search of a very talented photographer who is great with people.

Hi! I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Christina and I’m an elopement and wedding photographer based in Olympia, Washington. I’ve been doing photography for over 10 years, but have been in business since 2017. I’ve been so lucky to have captured so many amazing memories for my clients and are willing to travel anywhere to document and capture your love story!

Christina is a wonderful photographer! My fiancée and I booked her as our photographer for our upcoming wedding and with her package, she includes an engagement shoot! We were able to schedule a date/time very easily. Christina made the shoot relaxing and didn’t force us to pose out of our comfort zone. She gave us suggestions on where to shoot around our venue, and let us be ourselves. She let us know that she’d have all the images all edited within 3-4 weeks, but she was able to get them to us in half that time. And the photos came out incredibly beautiful! We were able to download our set easily as a zip file and extract them directly on our phones to share on our social media pages. We both can’t wait for Christina to shoot our wedding!

I specialize in documenting weddings! I believe in images that are timeless, true to color, with a touch of moodiness and emotion. Photography is one of the biggest and most important investments you’ll make for your wedding day. Wedding photography isn’t just a financial investment. You’re also investing in a photographer who values and builds that relationship from the start, from planning a custom timeline with you, to going over all the details every step of the way leading up to the wedding day. I want my couples to be as involved in the creative process as I am. It’s all about the experience!

Chamblee Lenette Photography was by far the easiest wedding vendor that we booked. Her communication style was punctual, understanding, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The quality of her work was truly professional, memorable, and long lasting. Working with Chamblee is like working with your favorite Aunt - she makes taking photos fun and comfortable. Her work truly captures the essence of the memory tied to each photo, telling our love story beautifully. Six years later, our wedding album is still my favorite keepsake from our special day.

I started my business during the pandemic because I wanted to do something I love. What better way to spend those extra pandemy bucks than on a ridiculous amount of cool camera gear. Who’s with me?! I’m also a cat dad, longboard surfer, hiker and big science fiction nerd.

We love working with Daniel (the "D" in Wesley D Photography) so much that he the only photographer on our preferred vendor list. He is reliable, cheerful, and does a WONDERFUL job of capturing special moments. He has photographed numerous weddings and other special occasions for us and our clients, and most-recently photographed a ticketed Father's Day BBQ at our venue. His past work for us has always been amazing, but the Father's Day pictures are truly special. We emailed them to all of our event attendees as a special thank you gift - needless to say, receiving his pictures was the cherry on top of the ice cream sundaes we served that day.

My all-time favorite thing is to sit by the fire with a glass of good cabernet or watch the ocean waves hit the beach. I love to garden and to build things (but I let my husband to finish all my projects LOL). I enjoy good food and will likely refer to a stand up comedy routine at least once in a conversation. I am also a football mom, lacrosse mom and basketball mom. Wife to a very understanding husband and emotional support person for my big puppies.

From the moment we met her, we knew she was the perfect fit for our wedding, and boy, did she exceed our expectations! Her attention to detail is simply remarkable; every shot she takes feels like a work of art, meticulously composed and brimming with emotion. Hi! I am Courtney! Photography is my passion. I can't put into words how excited I am thinking about a session or a wedding. Giddy like a little kid in a toy store, I suppose! I love details. As small as the sparkling eyeshadow on the bride's eyelid for her special day. The tiny fingernails on a newborn's hands. All the giggles and laughs. Kisses and a loving glance. I want to document every little thing for you. Events and life, in general, can be so busy. I am based in Arlington, Washington, but I serve all of the United States and most countries. I LOVE to travel!

We had the best experience with Wilde & Free Photography! They got every picture I could’ve wanted on my wedding day (including my Pinterest inspo pictures) and they turned out absolutely beautiful! I could stare at them all day! 10/10 recommend!!

We feel so lucky to have found Andrew as our wedding photographer. He has an incredible eye for the editorial style and makes his photos into works of art with golden light and chiaroscuro. So many photographers just rely on their high-res equipment but don't offer anything more--I don't want a macro shot of every pore or line on my face like an owl in a tree at 100 yards, I want to have a sense of magic and beauty in every photo. Andrew actually does that. I almost cried when I saw our first look photos because I don't feel very confident being photographed and I finally had dozens of photos of myself and my husband that I want to share with friends immediately and cherish forever. He delivered the first look so fast, even though I know he was busy working another wedding; I thought for sure we would have to wait longer. The wedding package we chose included very nice touches like polaroids so we had something in hand at the end of the wedding day itself, too. It was very thoughtful and left us feeling good about the whole experience right away. He was very personal and nice to work with, but not intrusive, and went with the little schedule changes we had, and was open to suggestions while we took post-ceremony photos around the city. I couldn't be happier with our experience with him and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a real artist for their wedding photography.

YOU'RE ENGAGED!! Congrats and thanks for stopping by! My name is Jordan Scott, the Owner and Photographer of Wax + Whale Co. Photography! I'm a mama bear to a little guy named Vander Nash! Wife to my best friend of 12 years strong! I love drinking all the coffee, and LOVE! I have been doing photography for several years now and I am absolutely and forever in love with being invited to capture and share those raw intimate moments. The ones most people overlook, whether it's the snuggles, giggles, dancing, or just enjoying each others company. My goal is to capture and display that love and happiness in it's most raw and authentic form!

Awarded Best of Zola
Jordan was in a word fantastic. Her moody beautiful style perfectly matched our fall-themed wedding. She and her second shooter listened to everything we had to say and captured everything important to us. She was also far along in her pregnancy (congrats again Jordan!) at the time and was so communicative and a trooper for us and our wedding. She also was able to get our photos out to us a little earlier than promised. I know that can never be guaranteed but we were so freaking excited when the link hit our inbox early! We immediately ordered several prints to hang in our home because we are so happy with them. All in all, super professional, personable, knowledgeable, and very committed to her passion. I would hire her ten times over and you won't regret it either.

We found Madison because she was an Alumni from same school, UCF, as me. We booked her to do an engagement shoot (an hour outside of Orlando) and our photos turned out absolutely amazing. From that one interaction with her, it really felt like we knew her our whole lives. She is super nice, personable, and made us feel very comfortable right away. She also had so much knowledge about the area, and any questions that we had regarding the shoot. She planned and timed everything out so that we could get photos at one location, and then sunset photos by the beach 30 min away. And then when we were looking for photographers for our wedding (in Philadelphia), it was a no-brainer that we wanted to book her again to capture our big day. She came halfway up the coast and played a large role in making our day perfect. We planned the photography from 1000 miles away, and she was really communicative and helpful about the picture planning, and also just wedding planning in general. We ran into a timing issue with how the day was going to work out before the ceremony, and she helped us navigate that, and she worked to keep us on track throughout the night for the different photos that we wanted. She knew what to do & what not to do in the Church. She also worked well alongside our videographer. Ultimately, we are very happy with our experience with Madison, and the wedding photos she took turned out absolutely amazing.

Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a lover of art, stories, and spark—the perfect alchemy to creating and capturing all those memory-making, magical moments. Weddings, to me, are about your unique narrative, your origin stories and your threads of connection; the ways in which you’ve woven a love through a tapestry of compassion and inspiration and all that makes you you— both as individuals and as a couple. That’s the fabric of the photo, the material I like to work with; because of this, my photos lean atmospheric and candid.

Awarded Best of Zola
Working with Hannah was so easy, and the photos from our wedding were exactly what I wanted. I really wanted to maximize the amount of time I spent enjoying my wedding and guests, and Hannah's style was perfect for this – we got our posed portraits done quickly, and the rest of the time she was able to capture what was actually taking place at the wedding. In terms of pre-wedding prep, we met once before I signed the contract and then again about a month before the wedding to nail down details. Hannah was very communicative throughout the whole process, and she turned around 25 beautiful pictures within a week of the wedding for us to share around. I just got 200 more pictures back, and they are stunning. Hannah is such a talent, and I highly recommend her.

A dad, a son, a brother and a jack of all trades musician that loves to rock out any chance I get. I grew up in New York City. My inclination towards photography came from classic street photography and photojournalists from all over the world that told their stories through a lens. It made me pick up a camera and start shooting. Now, living in Maryland I shoot all sorts of stories and moments locally, domestically, and abroad. It's taken me a while to figure out what my "thing" is but I've come to figure out that I'm a milestone photographer. The moments your life that have proven to be meaningful -- I'll be there.

I have known Sam, the owner, for a number of years. There are many things I can speak to about his business and him as a person. First thing is that feeling you get when you meet someone that is so fun to be around that you simply don't want to stop being around them. Sam puts a smile on my face every time I see him and hear his contagious laugh. Sam also crushes the benchmark for professionalism and success in the wedding industry. What I mean by that is that if 9/10 photographers get 5 star reviews, on the same scale Sam would deserve 7 or 8 stars. He is well beyond many of our peers and it shows in the quality of his work. If I was to get married again I would choose Sam over any of the 60 or so photographers I have worked with over the years. Hands Down! Chris Hiltz Award-Winning Wedding Videographer

Like many people, I spent 10 years within corporate America and although I am thankful for my experience, it wasn't feeding my soul. I can be honest and say that I learned so much- my customer service skills, high-level organizational & strategy skills, and my overall work ethic comes directly from my experience within a regular ol' 9-5. However, I've been able to pair what I learned the last 10 years with my passion for photography, and have built this business to provide a stellar experience, the same one I would expect if I were getting married. Below I'll dive into what sets Loui apart, and I hope to hear about your upcoming day!

Hayley and I are wedding videographers (Sublime Exposures Films). We meet photographers all the time and know what it's like to work with normal ones, bad ones, and now even great ones. Meg of LouiPhotography was the most decisive AND remained flexible. She was the most communicative about what she was going to do and why, and was extremely transparent. We're originally from Fargo, and working with her made us want to move to the cities to hang with the real professionals. Thanks for making us feel so welcomed and working with us so well to make our jobs easy. All teams should be able to collaborate like that to make the day the least stressful for the brides and grooms as possible and we shall always strive for this standard. Hope to work with you again soon!

I’m Grace Troutman. I’m a wedding & elopement photographer who loves to frequent the West Coast, Hawaii, and the Midwest (where I grew up.) I approach working with my couples on their weddings from a place of trust and compassion, so I can document the day how it is true to them. No forced moments, no stiff posing, only true to life candid imagery. I’ve shot all over the world from Iceland, Ireland, & France to all over the Midwest, all the way to California and Hawaii, and I believe that you should say “I do,” in a place that makes you feel like home.

Grace T Photography was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, they were incredibly responsive and provided us with so much inspiration and guidance to help us plan the perfect day. Their team, including Hannah and Mike, were dedicated and fantastic. They captured our wedding in the most candid and romantic way. They helped us plan the flow of the day by contributing feedback and building the schedule, and we even got special moments, like a pair of bunnies that photobombed our engagement shoot! We couldn't have asked for a better photography experience and would highly recommend Grace T Photography to any couple looking for a talented and personable team to capture their special day.

I’m a small town girl living in the big city of San Diego. You know the saying, “Home is where the heart is?” For me it has two meanings. If home is a physical place, mine is the magical little town where I was born – Ojai, California. It is a place where people can breathe deep and feel the wholeness of their lives. It's a magical little valley of peace happiness. If home is truly where the heart is, then mine is my family. In 2016, I married my best friend and the father of our beautiful son and daughter. We are a squad of awesomeness and those three hold my heart in the palm of their hands.

I have worked with Morgan on multiple occasions and her ability to seamlessly flow through the day while being a photographer, constant helper, and team player is unmatched!

Courtney & Jackson are wedding, elopement & family photographers based in San Francisco, California but available for travel worldwide. We go wherever love takes you. Photoflood Studio is a wife + husband team from San Francisco, California. We are wedding photographers servicing NorCal to SoCal and beyond. Photoflood Studio specializes in wedding, engagement, and family photography. We aim to photograph life + love through an honest documentary approach. Our wedding, engagement and family photography is inspired by the beautiful wilderness, the culture of our coastal cities, and wherever you call home.

Courtney and Jackson of Photoflood Studios changed our entire wedding experience for the best, and we couldn't be more thankful that we selected them as our photographers. When we started the wedding planning process, it was overwhelming and a little intimidating, especially when we started looking at vendor prices. My husband and I both knew that we wanted to spend the money on a quality photographer because the photos are something we will have forever. When we started browsing, we didn't feel connected to anyone's work until we saw C+J's website. I instantly knew that this is who I wanted, and it didn't take much convincing to get my husband on board. It felt SO good to check photographer off our list early in the game. One thing I loved was that Courtney met us in person to discuss our visions and just to get to know each other before we committed to a contract (it's a big commitment, people!). I emailed her within 48 hours that we wanted to work together, and the rest is history. My husband and I decided we could not afford a videographer, so instead we knew we wanted two photographers. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Courtney and Jackson handled our engagement session and wedding day so seamlessly, it was like they'd been taking our pictures our whole lives! And, we had never had professional pictures taken before! But, I read online that engagement photos are a good warmup and practice for wedding pictures (highly recommend engagement pictures for anyone who is unsure). These two are the epitome of a dream team. We were nervous for our engagement pictures, but they made us feel so comfortable and confident. They also took the time to go to the wedding venue ahead of time and scope out some great locations for our bridal party and newly wed shots. C+J were HUGE proponents to making our wedding day a success. They transformed into photographer/time keepers/event planners - I think they are super heroes!!! Our wedding experience was so flawless with them capturing our special day. We requested a "mega selfie" with us and all our guests, and they made that happen! We snuck off during dinner for the sunset newly wed shots, and they personally drove us around chasing the sunset. It's inexplicable how wonderful these people are. They are so much more than talented photographers, and we are so fortunate to now call them friends. Something else that was really important is that even with all of their photoshoots and other clients, Courtney ALWAYS responded to my emails in a timely manner. She was so on it, and that made me feel really valued and heard. I appreciated that so much, because I was a nervous bride who didn't know what I was getting into. The fact that I always got an email response in a timely fashion was huge brownie points in my book. AND, they send you sneak peeks!! Literally the day after our engagement shoot and wedding day, they sent us a bunch of sneak peeks! There is literally nothing better than getting a taste of your special memories to hold you over until the full gallery is ready. If you are on the fence about photographers, know that your time with C+J of Photoflood Studios will be one of the best parts of your wedding. They want to capture you and your partner as you are, and will never make you feel posed, uncomfortable, or phony. I could write a book about these two and how incredible they made our wedding day. But I'll stop here and just make one final point: Hire them....You will not regret it!!!

Meaghan here - I’m the one from which you’ll hear a lot of “Fuck yeah!!!” and “You guys look so hot!” My inspiration comes from our lord and savior, Janis Joplin, and my style is free movement and honesty. Howdy! I'm Brendon, a quiet Mid-Westerner turned East-Coast loud-mouth who happens to have a knack for photography, editing, graphic illustration, and all things creative. My background comes from shooting fashion shows and exclusive events for BFA.com around NYC, which made me appreciate the avant-garde.

We had a terrific experience working with Meaghan and Brendon of “Far Out Feeling.” If you’ve made it this far, you already love their style – their ability to capture both candid and staged photos artfully – and we are happy to report that the photographers have personalities to match. We loved meeting them for drinks months in advance of our wedding, which gave us a nice context for one another when the day finally came (we cannot imagine, now, not knowing our wedding photographers when they arrived to take pictures of us!) We perhaps didn’t consider how crucial this feeling of comfort was, but when you think about, you do spend a tremendous portion of your wedding day with your photographers. Meaghan and Brendon felt like friends, which made even the parts of the wedding that we don’t like (posing!) feel easy, natural, and fun. Meaghan and Brendon were incredibly responsive, from first to last. They always got back to us the day we had a question, and even weeks after our wedding, they were responding to our technical difficulties within minutes. And the photos themselves turned out great! Again, you’ve probably seen evidence of this already. We cannot wait to print them, frame them, and, in all likelihood, post them relentlessly to our Instagram stories. A huge thank you to Meaghan and Brendon, who we recommend whole-heartedly.

We are all here for you. All your family, your friends and I (yes, me too!) are here to honor you on your wedding day! As excited as I am to get to the dancefloor with you guys, I know a lot of planning goes into making your day special. As your photographer, I’ve been to a few weddings and am just a call or text away from any insight you might want. I approach every wedding with the same mentality, how can I tell the story of today in the most real way possible? I’ve found the best way to do that is to just be me. I allow myself to be present and listen to the stories unfold throughout the day.

Hi, I’m Marla, and I’ve had a camera in my hands since I could hold one. Travel is what first sparked my love of photography– I felt the need to document every gorgeous landscape in my sights across Europe, Asia, the South Pacific, and here in the States. Once I started taking portraits, though, everything shifted, and I became obsessed with documenting love. I value photos as memories, and they’re extremely precious to me. To me, the ability to freeze a moment in time so you’ll always be able to return to that beauty and joy is nothing short of magic.

Seriously where to begin with how incredible Marla is as an incredible and artistic photographer, professional and organized business owner, and welcoming and beautiful person. She immediately makes you feel comfortable talking with her and she puts a ton of effort into getting to know you and your story. She cares so deeply about her couples and goes above and beyond with client experience before, during, and after your session with her. You spend a ton of time with your photographer, and this is who you want as your cheerleader, your confidant, and your friend on wedding/elopement day. Her eye for light is inspiring and you never again will say "I'm so awkward in front of the camera" because her posing is effortless and genuine. She brings out the best in you and your partner and your connection. Candid moments, deep emotion, and joyful forever memories! Marla is the photographer you've been looking for!

I knew I wanted to work with Kellie after she did my friends wedding video a few years back. We had a tight budget and she worked with us to create a highlight video for our ceremony so that we could have a video of the most important part of our day. She is very professional and came up with unique shot ideas (detail shots, dancing, active poses, etc.). The video turned out beautifully and feels unique to us and our special day. I am forever grateful for the experience I had with Kellie and the video she created for us. She is so driven and talented! Highly recommend and if you are debating getting a video or not (as I know it’s not in everyone’s budget) I would advise you to just go for it as I can’t imagine not having the video. I would have regretted it so much! Just do it…and go with Kellie too, she’s the best!
