My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Le Image and will work with them again in the future. Our engagement and wedding photos and trail came out so beautifully by Serge and his team. Stephanie, who was our officiant, gave us a ceremony to remember and cherish for the rest of our lives. Our friends and family are still talking about how moved they are by our ceremony. Le Image, thank you so very much for giving us an experience of a lifetime and memories we will hold forever.

Hello, my name is Julia, I am a wedding photographer from Ukraine with more than 7 years of experience in wedding photography. I like people who are happy to have found their soulmate, people who have a free style that they create in their own way. I appreciate being able to preserve a love that will grow over the years, and I believe that the colors in your photos should be true and timeless so that they remain valuable and relevant to you later.

Awarded Best of Zola
Julia is truly the BEST photographer out there and she makes everyone look SO GOOD!! We booked her for both our engagement session and our wedding because we loved her so much! She is so skillful at finding beautiful angles and working with natural lighting, and she was great at directing us with suggested poses that didn’t look forced or unnatural. She was also really easy to work with: we met up beforehand to communicate our vision and discuss the kinds of photographs that we wanted for the engagement session and we did that again for our wedding. On our wedding day Julia brought her husband Leo who is also a photographer to assist her and they came early in the morning to begin taking scenery photos, details, and other things while the rest of us got ready. She was there with us throughout the entire day all the way til the end of the evening and she went out with us to take some sunset photos in the middle of the reception, which turned out so beautifully! Finally, Julia was super prompt at sending us the final photographs, which I know she worked hard on because there were A LOT! We can tell that Julia truly enjoys what she does and really wants to get the best photos possible so she always goes above and beyond. I think the phenomenal photos that we’re sharing here can speak for themselves. She was such a joy to work with and we can’t wait to find some other excuse to hire her again!!

Allison Sullivan

5.0

  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $5,500
  • Serves Wassaic, NY

I photograph love because I believe in it. I don’t believe in it in the way that a little girl believes in ferries or unicorns, a hopeful “I think it is real” kind of a belief, I believe in its power. I believe that love is the most important emotion we will feel in this lifetime and I believe it has the greatest ability for good. I believe that each human on this earth should have the opportunity to feel deeply loved and to love another deeply themselves. I believe that love is something that should be treasured, cared for, and celebrated.

Awarded Best of Zola
My husband and I loved working with Allison she understood our vision and had the best personality. She was organized and helped us to prepare for the day with a plan of the photos we wanted. She definitely understood our vision and captured amazing photos of us in all the places we wanted.

My approach is centered on embracing the beauty of genuine connections and preserving the unique atmosphere of your wedding day, wherever those moments may happen.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Adam as our wedding photographer, and he was one of the best vendors we hired. Our wedding was in June at Greenpoint Loft, and Adam made the day even more special. From start to finish, Adam was incredibly chill and a calming presence on our wedding day, which was exactly what we needed. In the months leading up to our wedding, Adam was extremely communicative, always quick to respond and willing to go above and beyond. He provided us with excellent recommendations for other vendors and was always happy to answer any questions we had, even those unrelated to photography. On the day of the wedding, Adam's sweetness and flexibility were evident. He made sure to accommodate our schedule and captured all the special moments throughout the day. We especially loved that he offered the option to add 35mm film, which we did, and those turned out to be some of our favorite pictures. His dedication and professionalism were truly appreciated. Additionally, Adam's turnaround times were super quick. He provided us with our first look photos within 18 hours, and we received the full album in less than a month. We highly recommend working with Adam. He made our wedding day even more memorable, and we are grateful for his outstanding service.

Ben traveled the furthest he'd ever traveled for a wedding for us! He was incredibly friendly, kind, and fun to talk/work with. A dad, a son, a brother and a jack of all trades musician that loves to rock out any chance I get. I grew up in New York City. My inclination towards photography came from classic street photography and photojournalists from all over the world that told their stories through a lens. It made me pick up a camera and start shooting. Now, living in Maryland I shoot all sorts of stories and moments locally, domestically, and abroad. It's taken me a while to figure out what my "thing" is but I've come to figure out that I'm a milestone photographer. The moments your life that have proven to be meaningful -- I'll be there.

Sam was not only the best vendor we worked with but also the most fun. Non stop laughing. We forgot to bring a bluetooth speaker while we were getting ready, Sam had it covered. My husband needed a button restitched, Sam had a sowing kit in the car. The man is prepared for absolutely everything. The only thing I regret was not finding him sooner. He has since become out family photographer and several of our guests have booked already. Cheers!!!

Based in Jersey City, I've been photographing weddings since 2010. I have two degrees in photography and wouldn't change a moment of what I do or how I got here. I spent 5 years producing celebrity photo shoots for magazines like Time Out and InStyle, so keeping cool under fast-paced pressure is kind of my thing. I'm always trying to push the envelope with what I do, whether that's finding a way to make better photos or optimize your experience with me.

Lauren is the absolute GOAT. Her photography style drew us to her, and then her professionalism, excellent organization, fun personality, and take charge yet flexible attitude made us die-hard Lauren fans. I loved working with her so much that I also hired her to work on my business' branding shoot. And honestly, how could I work with anyone else after working with the greatest of all time? Thank you x a million to Lauren for making our wedding photography an absolute dream from start to finish!

I began my career a decade ago. As a tour photographer, I began accompanying musicians all over the world. Little did I know at that point the low lights, high energy, and late nights would translate well into my career as a wedding photographer. My start as a music photographer gave me the confidence to navigate even the most challenging and unpredictable situations, and I use the same philosophy now while photographing weddings: keep calm, stay observant, and follow the action.

As a wedding planner, we are always looking for talented photographers to recommend to our clients and Jess is someone we routinely recommend. Her approach to photography is authentic and personal and photos are always filled with so much emotion. She seems to perfectly capture couples in a way that allows you to feel like you know them and their personal story. She is perfect for couples looking to have their day captured naturally and not in a forced style. Along with her talent, Jess is a joy to work with on wedding days. She's a quit yet quick, seeming to always be where she needs to be at exactly the right moment without having a camera in your face. With so many photographers out in the market, it can be hard to stand out, but Jess has seemingly found her place in this industry and her work speaks for itself. Any couple would be lucky to have her capture their day and any vendor is lucky to work alongside her.

I found my love for photography in a high school dark room, and I have continued to follow that passion to find myself today working as a hybrid photographer in both Film and Digital. I strive not to just take pictures, but to capture candid emotions and capture them in a beautiful way. My photography is personal and intimate. My approach is a mixture of fine art and documentary, I try to capture your moments and day as it happened but highlighting the special details and taking advantage of the best lighting. As a lover of history I love capturing personal and family histories that surround weddings.

Awarded Best of Zola
Being a producer, photographer, and a photographer's agent, finding the perfect photographer for our wedding was actually quite a hard decision to make! Luckily, our planner who is also a photographer, recommended Judson to us. We are so grateful to have Judson be a part of our marriage celebration. The pre-planning was very thorough and thoughtful, and she made sure she got all of the information she needed in ahead of time. She came well prepared, was able to wrangle our families who met for the very first time that evening, and made us feel very comfortable and at ease during out portrait session. Judson captured the essence of our celebration, made us and our friends and family look super cute, and documented all the beautiful moments that happened throughout the night. We were truly blessed by her talent and we are so happy to have such wonderful visual documentation of our special day.

From NY to TX, then back again... I started my photography adventure 10 years ago in a small studio in upstate, New York. Since then, I've traveled across the country, taking pictures the entire time. I've captured a lifetime of memories in pictures, and now, I hope I can do the same for you! I specialize in weddings and portraiture, with experience in real estate photography as well! I love helping my customers make memories to cherish for years to come. When I'm not taking pictures, I am working as a nurse and dreaming of the days when I can put my toes in the sand with my nieces in Cape Cod.

Katharine M. Photography was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. As a great communicator who responds quickly, Katharine made us feel so comfortable and helped make our wedding day fun and stress-free. Her work is amazing - the photos are beautiful and perfect, capturing every special moment. She followed our shot list to a tee and then some, even handling our pushy father-in-law gracefully when he tried to take over. I've used Katharine for both our wedding and engagement photos, and I'm thrilled I did. Her go-with-the-flow style was exactly what I needed on the big day.

Momo Shot Photography

5.0

  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $1,399
  • Serves Wassaic, NY

I’m a drummer, a mother of two amazing kids, and a proud owner of an 80lb Samoyed. My passion for photography is deeply influenced by my family legacy—my grandmother was a dedicated full-time photographer who spent her life capturing and hand-coloring her own images. Growing up immersed in her art has profoundly shaped my own approach to photography. As a photographer, I'd love to capture the journey of two people in love, telling the genuine and touching story of their life together. I strive to create images that convey heartfelt narratives and reflect the true essence of your relationship and the moments you share.

We hired Momo for our Chinese-Bengali fusion wedding celebration in lower east side of Manhattan in mid June 2024. We had a very small venue with 10 family members and 30 closest and dearest friends of ours for an intimate gathering. Momo’s camera closely followed and captured the unfolding of the event and the subtlest facial expressions of our family, guests and myself throughout the night. I got to know about her work from Red (Chinese Reddit) before entrusting her for one of the most important events of my life, but was still caught exhilarated by her work product on our event — her passion about photography and deep expertise in its technicality shined through the over 200-photo-well-woven storyline. Besides her exceptional work and high professionalism throughout our pre-and-during event communication, I appreciated her confident and genuine approach which I found down-to-earth, super helpful and reassuring — she really put in the work to understand you and amplify your shining traits. It’s such a pleasant and unforgettable experience to work with Momo. I would highly recommend her for any couples who are looking for wedding photographers.

My heart beats for joy filled couples, playful families, and joy in the ordinary. I am already dreaming about all of the heartfelt details of your story, and I cannot wait to connect with you!

Emma Cleary Photo and Video

5.0

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Wassaic, NY

After graduating from Parson's School of Art in Manhattan, I worked as a fine artist, my work involved photography and photo manipulation. I quickly discovered that I loved and excelled at photo retouching, and went on to work for some of the best photo retouching studios in New York. In 2009 I shot my first wedding, it was a dear friend of mine and the beautiful photos were featured in one of the biggest wedding magazines. I realized that I had found my calling and have been producing stunning wedding photographs with my amazing team and clients ever since.

I was referred to Emma Cleary via a gf who had just had her wedding shot and said she did great work so I was happy to get a glowing referral while trying to source vendors. Emma was a godsend for me, because my wedding had so much that I wanted to cover, with so many moving pieces (7 musical acts, 20 performers, etc.) at so many different locations (a memorial area for first look, then over to a Park for ceremony, then a boat to an Island for the reception) via different modes of transportation (car, ferry, boat, 2nd line parade) over multiple nights (we shot both Friday -Sunday am) but her and her team came along for the entire ride and nailed it and I got AMAZING photos for every part. The lead photographer was so on it (which we needed bc we were on such a tight schedule) and the other photographers were also great and told us jokes which helped me actually get genuine smiles and helped so much during the stressful first look. My veil blew away during my photos (before the ceremony, sigh) and they were there trying to climb the tree to get it (but it was way too high up!) but A+ for effort. And the best part was that she actually SAVED my wedding... we had planned on getting married next to a carousel inside a public park, and the carousel party coordinator didn't file the required permit we needed so a hour before I walked down the aisle the park rangers came in and forced the setup/guests out. Emma knew the owner of a nearby restaurant where she had shot wedding photos before and asked the owner if we could use in front of his restaurant (facing the water) as a ceremony site. If that had not happened then who knows where I would have gotten married. She worked with my wedding planner and my guests (and us too!) had a place to have our ceremony last second... she was a total life saver during such a stressful and important moment. And then at the end once we received the photos, my favorite part was the light editing which was just the right amount, not too fake, so was perfect. Some of the photos dont even look like we are in a city which I just loved loved loved and had said I wanted, and then when we wanted city or actions shots she got those too so we had options of everything we did in every way. There is one shot where she got the end of our first dance and it looks like we are in a Broadway play! Anyways, as you could tell I couldnt have recommended any more bc she has so many years of experience it helped us with not only capturing the moments perfectly, and in a perfect way, it also helped us bc she knows all the wedding venues and wedding industry people and I never realized how much that plays a part in booking vendors.

Hello, I'm Kayla! Voted most likely to succeed in the field of agriculture. Yet somehow, landed here. And I wouldn't change a single thing. Life has taken me on some crazy adventures and up until 6 years ago, none of those pointed to being a photographer. Becoming a mom led me to pick up a camera and since then I haven't put it back down. I quickly developed a passion for telling people's stories. Capturing the most intimate, heartfelt moments truly sets my soul on fire.

We have done many weddings and projects along side Kayla and she has always provided top quality work. She is reliable and really has an eye for catching beautiful moments.

From the first day we spoke to Siobhan, she was so easy to talk to and get along with. She truly took the time to understand what we were looking for in a photographer and what we envisioned our day to be. She always made herself accessible to us for any questions we had. She made the whole process extremely organized and less stressful knowing she had it under control. Siobhan made our wedding day a breeze. Our family and friends are still talking about how awesome she and her staff were to work with the entire day. We usually don’t like how we look in pictures, but because of Siobhan, we love our wedding pictures! She truly captured our love for each other while making it such a fun and easy experience. I cannot recommend Laura enough to photograph your special day! Laura was our wedding photographer this past June and was such a pleasure to work with. While in the process of picking a photographer, Laura and I chatted over Zoom and I was pleasantly surprised with how easy Laura was to talk to, as well as how organized she seemed with her planning. Leading up to the wedding Laura was very communicative and answered all my questions immediately. The day of the wedding she arrived right on time and was incredibly organized. Her second photographer, Bia, was also a pleasure to work with. She was professional and fun- the kids in our wedding party loved Bia and she was able to capture amazing pictures. My fiance and I were somewhat dreading all the group photos that a wedding entails, however Laura ran this process so smoothly we actually had fun taking the photos! We were blown away with the end results. The photos came out absolutely beautiful. Laura captured all the feelings of our special day in every one of her photos. We also received SO many photographs- quite impressive considering I barely even noticed Laura taking pictures while I was so wrapped up in the day. I have zero complaints and only wonderful things to say about Laura. I sincerely hope to work with her again one day!

Wedding DJ - I worked with Jasmine and her assistant and she was a kind, professional vendor to work with. Was patient with couple and big wedding party, and seemed to work well during reception and in the crowed taking fun photos during dancing.

As soon as I saw Anna's portfolio, I knew I wanted her to photograph our wedding. Her photographs looked so ethereal and magical and I loved the way she managed to make the couples look candid but also beautifully posed at the same time. Anna had two Zoom calls with us before our wedding day and was fantastic at helping us carve out a timeline in our heads. She was professional, punctual and lovely. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer and the photographs were some of the most beautiful images and we couldn't be happier. Not to mention, Anna sent us our very generous "sneak peek" album within FIVE days of the wedding! I could not recommend Anna more. Her work speaks for itself and her professionalism and wonderful attitude seals the deal! Thank you again, Anna!

LGBTQ+ Owned. Serving everyone equally. Specializing in queer, off-beat, and non-traditional weddings and families. Kristen and Sheridan are the Capital District's only married LGBTQ+ wedding photography team.

It’s honestly hard to put in words the incredible experience we had with Kristen Renee Photography. We started out a few months ahead of time with an engagement shoot (which I would HIGHLY recommend) where we got to know each other and Kristen’s style. as two people who are not used to being photographed, we were so thankful for Kristen’s expertise in posing and making us feel comfortable. We used the photos for our save the dates and wedding invitations :) In the months leading up to our wedding day, Kristen was always available and helpful in answering all our questions. She even scheduled 2 in depth phone calls where she helped us figure out the timeline of the day and made us feel so comfortable. When we decided we wanted videography as well at the last minute, she directed us to Elmtree weddings and facilitated that. Honestly, I don’t know what we would’ve done without Kristen. The wedding day went off without a hitch, and the photos are spectacular. I can’t overstate how important it is to have vendors that work cohesively with each other, and Kristen and her team not only worked well with the other vendors we hired, but actually seemed like FRIENDS. It was obviously the best day of my and my husband’s life (so far ;) ) but it made it extra special to look over and see our photo, video, and DJ team(s) all working so well together. Also, just a special shoutout to another member of Kristen’s team, Sheridan (her wife!!!!). They work so incredibly well and it’s honestly inspiring how well a married team can work together :) I feel like I could write so much more, but please just use this review as an INSISTENCE that you book Kristen Renee Photography before another couple books her first!!! Thank you so so so so much again, Kristen!!

i consider myself too much of a hopeless romantic and a laid-back photographer to bring the best in you! i’ve been told that nurture is my superpower, and documenting love stories is my outlet. over the years i’ve learned that when it comes to being creative, art it’s what makes me feel alive, that's why my approach to photography is to have an "as-personal-as-possible" experience with my couples by valuing authenticity and connection. to make the whole process feel light and easy! your life’s best moments and stages deserve to be documented in a way that tells YOUR story.

Juan goes above and beyond with his work. From the moment he interacts with his clients he has this genuine connection to him. He takes the time to be personal and truly understands his clients needs. He over delivers with his stunning work. Making sure each gallery is hand crafted to perfection for each couple.
