I’m a drummer, a mother of two amazing kids, and a proud owner of an 80lb Samoyed. My passion for photography is deeply influenced by my family legacy—my grandmother was a dedicated full-time photographer who spent her life capturing and hand-coloring her own images. Growing up immersed in her art has profoundly shaped my own approach to photography. As a photographer, I'd love to capture the journey of two people in love, telling the genuine and touching story of their life together. I strive to create images that convey heartfelt narratives and reflect the true essence of your relationship and the moments you share.

Each couple that I work with is unique and different. There are no two stories alike. I love investing time in getting to know you and your partner, and learning what's important for you. My work blends the documentary storytelling approach I love as a photojournalist with the editorial style I pursue as an artistic entrepreneur. Some of my pieces are fine art that can be treasured and passed down through generations. I capture your story through my unique perspective and emotional lens.

I was already impressed with her past works during my search, and photos delivered were still beyond my expectation. As a photography artist, Momo captured our sweetness and excitement that truly belong to those treasured moments. We also love how Momo uses light and colors to capture the lively elegance of ladies (gents as well, of course) and convey those subtler feelings & sentiments. The photo session itself was a lot of fun and Momo made us comfortable and relaxed. Momo is a great communicator. We hired Momo for our Chinese-Bengali fusion wedding celebration in lower east side of Manhattan in mid June 2024. We had a very small venue with 10 family members and 30 closest and dearest friends of ours for an intimate gathering. Momo’s camera closely followed and captured the unfolding of the event and the subtlest facial expressions of our family, guests and myself throughout the night. I got to know about her work from Red (Chinese Reddit) before entrusting her for one of the most important events of my life, but was still caught exhilarated by her work product on our event — her passion about photography and deep expertise in its technicality shined through the over 200-photo-well-woven storyline. Besides her exceptional work and high professionalism throughout our pre-and-during event communication, I appreciated her confident and genuine approach which I found down-to-earth, super helpful and reassuring — she really put in the work to understand you and amplify your shining traits. It’s such a pleasant and unforgettable experience to work with Momo. I would highly recommend her for any couples who are looking for wedding photographers.

This is an amazing experience. From initial communication to photo delivery, Momo was great with communication and addressed every concern I had. Momo Shot was our photographer for our wedding in November and she was outstanding. We did not want to spend hours out of our day posing for photos, so it was extremely important to find someone who could do candid photography. We only had to spend 15 minutes dedicated to photos, yet we had over a hundred beautiful photos of our day. She was so kind, and was very flexible with us having to move our wedding location only 1 month out. Everyone at the wedding complimented he professionalism, and the photos came out outstanding. I would highly recommend her for any photography needs, and I especially recommend her if you want some real, candid shots from whatever occasion you are celebrating.
