Based in Jersey City, I've been photographing weddings since 2010. I have two degrees in photography and wouldn't change a moment of what I do or how I got here. I spent 5 years producing celebrity photo shoots for magazines like Time Out and InStyle, so keeping cool under fast-paced pressure is kind of my thing. I'm always trying to push the envelope with what I do, whether that's finding a way to make better photos or optimize your experience with me.

I want to make sure your photos reflect you and your partner. I'm a calm and quiet presence, but also your hype team when you need it. I'm here to direct you when you need it and make sure that your photos effortlessly reflect the two of you by giving you prompts that get you forgetting about the camera, having fun and just being yourselves with each other. Not only do my photographs feature bold and true to life color, but I am there for you every step of the way. I am honored to work with you and I want you to LOVE your photography experience, so customer service and efficiency are hugely important to me.

Lauren is the absolute GOAT. Her photography style drew us to her, and then her professionalism, excellent organization, fun personality, and take charge yet flexible attitude made us die-hard Lauren fans. I loved working with her so much that I also hired her to work on my business' branding shoot. And honestly, how could I work with anyone else after working with the greatest of all time? Working with Lauren was an absolute DREAM! She is kind, fun and we felt so comfortable with her from the beginning. She is very organized, thoughtful and professional! She was prompt to provide sneak peaks for both the engagement shoot and the wedding day, which was awesome. We even got some fun polaroids the night of! Overall the photos came out amazing and the day ran so smoothly thanks to her! She captured everything so beautifully and we could not be happier with the final gallery! THANK YOU THANK YOU Lauren!

I cannot imagine having booked any photographer other than Lauren Spinelli for my wedding. My husband and I found her after weeks of looking at portfolios that seemed so washed out. The photos were beautiful, but they weren’t “us.” We wanted bright, lively, candid, colorful photos – and that’s exactly what Lauren delivered. She was a joy to work with during planning and brought so much energy and fun the day of the wedding. If you’re thinking about booking her, don’t hesitate – just do it. She really made our day everything we’d ever dreamed of, and the photos reflect that – they are so happy and fun and full of life. We will forever treasure them.

Never been one to write reviews but when it comes to wedding vendors they really are the ones responsible for bringing your vision to life. With so much effort, money, time, and love put into this day it’s important that everything feels cohesive and uniquely “you”. Lauren Spinelli Photo Co. understood the assignment from day 1. Organized, communicative, responsive, patient, and genuine enjoyment for the process all made working with Lauren was SUCH.A.PLEASURE. Her communication is top notch, and her platform was so easy to use to stay organized. Timeline wise we received a batch of sneak peaks within just 48 hours! It was so much fun to relive the memories so quickly, and another wave of 200 photos in less than two weeks.
