Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!

From start to finish working with Avenue Design Studio was a fantastic experience! I had an initial call with Chad and based on that I knew they were professionals who could bring my vision to life through floral design and day of coordination. Then they continued to provide clear and open communication throughout the planning process and were able to make suggestions as needed to advance my vision. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

Brandon Thorn and Adam at Crimson Quarter Weddings went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless! One of the things that I loved right away about Brandon when I first spoke with him was his authenticity, friendliness and sense of humor. I knew immediately that he was a genuine person who really cared about getting to know me and my fiancé. As a result, we became friends pretty quickly and got to know a lot about each other beyond wedding planning-related tasks. I so appreciated this because it meant that I felt like I had an ally to help me navigate the wedding planning process. Brandon will truly support you and go to bat for you if there is a communication issue or conflict of interest with another vendor or venue. I learned as a bride that it is really important to have someone like Brandon who is there 100% looking out for your best interests. I also appreciated that while I hired Brandon as my Day-of-Coordinator, he did way more than just day-of coordinating duties, including attending meetings with my venue several months in advance. He also always answered my texts and emails quickly and communicated with me frequently. This made me feel secure knowing that Brandon really cared about me! On the day of the event, we had to move our ceremony inside due to rain, and Brandon and Adam worked hard to still ensure that the décor and other elements for the ceremony were still set up to look beautiful inside. They also worked with the venue to make some changes to the furniture layout in order to still ensure that the space was set up to make us and our guests have the best experience possible. They also did an outstanding job taking down the décor and cleaning up so that my new husband and I could enjoy our second line and afterparty without having to worry about going back to the venue to clean up. When we returned to our hotel room much later that night, all of our items, including personal items that we had left in the venue space, were all returned to us and neatly stored in our room. We really felt taken care of the entire time. On top of all of this, I really felt like the fee we paid Brandon was an excellent value for the service that we received. I compared Brandon's pricing to other Day-of Coordinators in the New Orleans area, and I can say with certainty that his prices are better that most of the competition, especially for the level of service that you will receive! I would 100% recommend Crimson Quarter Weddings to any bride, groom or individual wishing to host a party/event in the New Orleans or broader Louisiana and Mississippi area!

I went with Prestige Planning for my wedding planner because of the ease of use. I met with my certified wedding planner before I booked and she was amazing and explained the whole process. I knew I could plan my own wedding but I’m not a pro at all so I knew I would need a lot of help. I didn’t want to spend the money on a full wedding planner so going this route was absolutely perfect. They were with me every step of the way. I especially liked the SOS calls they give because I needed them to assist with a vendor I was having an issue with. I knew I was going to need help with logistics and stuff on the actual day of my wedding because I wouldn’t have time to do so, so I added the coordination add on to my package. So I got my wedding planned with major help from an actual certified planner and coordination for my wedding day for less than others are charging for just coordination. Just go for it. You will not be disappointed at all! They really went above and beyond and did more for me than what they had outlined they would do. I got more than my money worth.

Bralyn herself is incredibly professional, polished, organized, and detailed (if you're a big fan of checklists, she is your girl); my partner and I felt so at ease both leading up to and during the wedding because we knew she would take care of every detail, big and small. She was flexible and efficient when I asked to make changes. She and her assistant problem solved quickly and kept open lines of communication with us (weekly meetings leading up to the wedding were AMAZING, and helped us feel grounded throughout the process) and our vendors (even the hard to reach ones). Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.
