A little about myself, I started my business in early 2022 in events and balloon decor expanding my services to include wedding coordinator services. What sets me apart as a coordinator is empathy I always make an extra effort to do check-ins in the weeks prior to the big day. I approach each wedding with an open mind and emergency kit ready to make your big day as stress free as we can. Hiccups are a part of the process but my goal is to be there and have your back. I can’t wait to be your wedding day bestie!
One thing that sets us apart from others is that we offer a luxury service without the luxury price tag, affordability for all couples on their big day is important to us. We understand that the little things are what makes the day. I like to take time to get to know my clients needs and wants. I always put a lot of thought into things and make extra notes. My team and I cater to all types of clients and take extra care of any needs or accommodations that are needed.

She's the best there is!
Bridgette is the best day-of coordinator you'll ever find! She made the stressful process of getting last-minute things in order for my wedding such a breeze. She communicated with all of my vendors for the weeks leading up to the wedding, created a very detailed schedule, and was very communicative and helpful every step of the process. She even caught a mistake in one of my vendor's contracts and reached out to them to fix it! The day of the wedding she was doing everything from steaming dresses to setting up decor to helping me calm my nerves. I was hesitant about getting a day-of coordinator and looking back, I truly have no idea what I would have done without Bridgette's help. She's truly the best there is for such a reasonable price and I cannot recommend her enough!

Bridgette was amazing for day-of coordination. She had excellent communication from start to finish, making sure she understood what I needed for the day and helpfully finding ways to make things easier for me. I hired her just for day-of but she still helped with ensuring my vendors all were accounted for prior to the wedding and was very supportive in the weeks leading up. Day-of she was took great initiative and was super helpful with set-up and take-down, kept everything on time, and made sure there were no problems during the wedding. Huge thank you to Bridgette!
Amazing service!
Bridgette was amazing to work with! She exceeded my expectations and was so much more than just a "day of" coordinator, she above and beyond to text me almost everyday to check in on how i was feeling and asking if there was anything she could do to help ease my stress, she did an amazing job with helping to setup decorations and breaking down everything at the end of the day and she made sure my husband and I ate during our reception and made sure everything was perfect for me and stress free not only on my big day but all the days leading up to it! She's very sweet and professional and overall a geniune person. 10/10 recommend!
