Mill Creek Falls Retreat LLC began as Camp Donegal. A church camp owned by the Donegal Presbytery. They sold it to Alex and Amy Kauffman who sold it to the Lancaster Conservancy who subdivided it, took the woodland and preserved it for future generations to enjoy and sold off 32 acres and the Campground to Ronnie & Kelly Miller who own it today. Our secret garden was once home to William Paca, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, Governor of Maryland and local lawyer. Hold your ceremony in front of our Summerhouse on the Bowling Green while your guests take in the view. The Paca House and Garden is located just blocks from the Maryland State House, The United States Naval Academy and Annapolis City Dock. Our tented terraces can accommodate seated events up to 120 guests or cocktail style up to 180 guests.
