Docents are available to help your guests experience the rich history of the birthplace of the Model T, the car that put the world on wheels. The Imperial House located in Clinton Township, Michigan is a wedding venue capable of hosting gatherings of up to 1200 guests. This space can accommodate large and small weddings using hall separators for more intimate gatherings. Customize the space to fit what you imagine for your dream wedding. Enjoy the memories made at this expansive and beautiful venue. Customize your menu made by professional chefs. The cuisine is made of fresh ingredients sure to delight your palate. Food and drink items necessary for dining are included within venue. These items include barware, china, flatware, glassware, linens and a chocolate fountain.

Our intimate 1837 Village Chapel, charming outdoor Village Green with picturesque Gazebo, or newly-restored 1837 Niles-Barnard House await your special day. Most wedding packages include time for a rehearsal prior to your wedding and access to all of the historic buildings on the day of your event. Rental packages include time to decorate, assemble guests, take photographs, and remove decorations. If needed, additional time may be purchased.

The Fisher has rightfully been deemed “Detroit’s largest art object”. You are able to host your event within the grand lobby of the iconic Fisher Building with scale-able accommodations available, from the most intimate sizes to 600+ strolling throughout the North & West wings. The construction features 40+ types of polished marble, mosaics, soaring painted ceilings, and ornate brass and bronze fixtures throughout, a very picturesque setting for any event, large or small!

RSVP is a dream come true for owner, Nellie Mun, who has always loved hosting gatherings. Her home is always open to family, friends and dinners with clients for her wedding coordinating company, Pleasant Surprise Events. Owning a venue is just an extension of what she already loves doing. In May of 2014, she and her husband rented this cute space to host a graduation party for their son and his friends. She walked into the same space in January of 2017 and struck up a conversation with the store owner who revealed that she would be moving. The seed that was planted then has sprouted into the venue it is today. This little space is the perfect spot for your private event. Being a part of the amazing Downtown Fullerton community and supporting fellow small businesses is a gift and a privilege for Nellie.
