Thousand Acre Farm is a unique, rustic waterfront venue. We host weddings, parties, corporate events and fundraisers. Our main barn has 3 levels: The first floor Lodge room, the main floor for dining and dancing and our loft which consists of fun sitting areas for your guests as well as a bridal suite and salon. We also have the smaller Cider Barn where the groom and groomsmen get ready as well as an upstairs luxurious suite for an overnight stay.

Conveniently located in Wilmington, Delaware, The Farmhouse is family owned and operated and hosts one event per day. The historical estate boasts a beautiful outdoor ceremony site underneath romantic willow trees & four acres of manicured grounds and gardens. Hosting up to 190 guests, the Farmhouse offers numerous indoor spaces for your event including the bright and open main terrace hall, indoor lounge and bar, dressing suites and more. Outside, a large wrap around deck and patio overlook the gazebo bar & gardens. The Farmhouse is proud to be a women-owned business, still managed by the fourth generation of the Murray family. As a small family-run business, the Farmhouse provides a personal touch and flexibility in hosting your dream wedding.

We offer brand new indoor and outdoor settings with spectacular views situated on a magnificent golf course. Our expert staff is dedicated to serving all of your needs and will custom design a menu to fit every budget. Wedding specialists will work with you to make sure your desires are met with old fashion hospitality, elegant cuisine and outstanding service. Our 1800's barn has been beautifully restored to provide elegance and charm for any occasion. With our elegant outdoor terrace which wraps around the Loft, we provide many options and access to our picturesque garden, waterfall and landscape.

Historical Suydam Farms welcomes you to our greenhouse wedding venue filled with stunning views, unique buildings, and friendly farm animals. Our couples start with a ceremony around our pond in front of a quirky sycamore tree. Then guests move to cocktail hour near our chickens and smaller greenhouses where they can enjoy delicious food and a round of corn hole. Finally, the reception is held in our large greenhouse stocked with tropical plants and handing baskets. The string lighting sets the mood and let the party begin!

Our Farm sits on 54-Acres in Bucks County. Our Seed Barn was originally built back in the 1820's. Our Seed Barn was restored in the Summer of 2016 & seats 160-200 people. Attached to the back of the Seed Barn is a beautiful deck that overlooks the ceremony site. In the lower level of the Seed Barn is our Groom’s Suite! Here you will find a pool table, TV, lounge seating area & more. In 2020 we built our Harvest Barn attached to the Seed Barn through a breezeway. This is home for our commercial kitchen, on-site bathrooms, smaller event space and bridal suite. Lastly, we have a Farm-to-Table bakery onsite for your dessert table & custom wedding cake. The Farm is truly a wonderful place to host your big day! Our goal is to work with each couple to carry out their vision for the day! What is great about The Farm is it truly can be anything you would like it to be, from a backyard barbecue to a beautiful sit down farm-to-table dinner! Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

Swimming Pools – Six of them! Two huge, large swimming pools and 5 other pools in different sizes that can accommodate both young and older guests at your event. Water Slides – Our two giant water slides are great for both kids and adults to enjoy. Splash Park – For those who have little ones who prefer not to get in the pool, we have a wonderful splash park that will allow everyone to play with water and join in on the fun. Sports and Recreation Areas – If you want to host a sports event, we have you covered. Country Rustic Style Pavilion – A country rustic pavilion has been placed in the back pool area of our location and is a great place to host many different events, including weddings, parties, photography sessions or company picnics. Pergola – A great place to have a beautiful wedding, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or just a quiet sitting place to have a nice glass of wine or tea at your event.
