Thousand Acre Farm is a unique, rustic waterfront venue. We host weddings, parties, corporate events and fundraisers. Our main barn has 3 levels: The first floor Lodge room, the main floor for dining and dancing and our loft which consists of fun sitting areas for your guests as well as a bridal suite and salon. We also have the smaller Cider Barn where the groom and groomsmen get ready as well as an upstairs luxurious suite for an overnight stay.

Nestled in the heart of Chester County's rolling hills, just minutes from Longwood Gardens, Wilmington & West Chester, The Stone Barn beckons you to experience its rustic country charm. From showers for 20 guests to weddings for 250 guests, The Stone Barn offers many options for any size group. Whether you use one room for an intimate event or the whole building for a large, elaborate gathering, we want to work with you to create your dream event!

Our Farm sits on 54-Acres in Bucks County. Our Seed Barn was originally built back in the 1820's. Our Seed Barn was restored in the Summer of 2016 & seats 160-200 people. Attached to the back of the Seed Barn is a beautiful deck that overlooks the ceremony site. In the lower level of the Seed Barn is our Groom’s Suite! Here you will find a pool table, TV, lounge seating area & more. In 2020 we built our Harvest Barn attached to the Seed Barn through a breezeway. This is home for our commercial kitchen, on-site bathrooms, smaller event space and bridal suite. Lastly, we have a Farm-to-Table bakery onsite for your dessert table & custom wedding cake. The Farm is truly a wonderful place to host your big day! Our goal is to work with each couple to carry out their vision for the day! What is great about The Farm is it truly can be anything you would like it to be, from a backyard barbecue to a beautiful sit down farm-to-table dinner! French Creek Golf Club offers a stunning venue for all of your special events. New world amenities meet historic decor in our versatile 3000 square foot ballroom, Terrace Room and restored 1820 bank barn. In addition, several beautiful outdoor spaces allow for flexibility for both ceremony and reception.

Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.

Dream of having an LBI wedding? The LBIF is the perfect host for your celebration. Beach access for your ceremony is conveniently located across the street from the LBIF property. Our upstairs deck overlooking Barnegat Bay provides an ideal spot for a cocktail hour. The main gallery offers a large open space, complete with artwork, providing a unique and interesting backdrop. Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.
