We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. We are known for our buffalo and game meats as well as our historical mountain ambiance. The Fort features seven different private areas for your reception, depending on your group size.
