The Grande Victorian is a stunning historical event venue! Built in 1884 this beautiful 12,000 square foot home sits on 20 acres in Monroe, North Carolina. The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

The Union Exchange is a gorgeous wedding venue and farm located in Monroe, NC. As we renovated this historic 1921 Cadillac Dealership, we respected its character and kept the exposed brick walls, original black & white marble Showroom floor and lofty 30' ceilings with skylights. We added only "real" materials like concrete, brick, steel, reclaimed wood and glass in bringing the old building back to life as a wedding venue. The result is a truly unique, handcrafted, industrial urban-renewal work of art!
