The Hive is a beautiful event center located in Staley, NC. We are situated on 200 acres of rolling farm land in Randolph county NC. Our facility began life as the clubhouse for Ferguson Farms Golf Course. When the golf course closed in 2012, it sat abandoned until our family came across the land. We came across this gem while we were searching for a larger property to expand our farm. It had been neglected for so many years, but we immediately saw great potential in its natural beauty, barns, and clubhouse. The streams, ponds, and woodlands teamed with wildlife and we just knew this farm had to been revived into something new, a place where joy, laughter and unity would be experienced.

The Andrews Farm is a modern European inspired farmhouse located in Midland, NC. Its modern structure gives allows for many different design aesthetics. Its lush gardens allow for couples to be as minimal or elaborate as they like. Creativity is welcome here. Our hope is that every guest can be as fortunate as us and create memories that will last a lifetime and hold a special place in their hearts. The front or back lawn of the lodge provide an intimate and regal setting for your event. The Moongate, which symbolizes everlasting love, nestled between The Lodge and The Grange, accomodating 200. Foxtail Lake has a beautiful view of the sunset and also accomodates 200.

Dixie Dreams is a special events facility located on the beautiful Rocky River in Monroe, NC. We are a Charlotte’s newest and finest country venue for parties, weddings, receptions, family reunions, conferences, and meetings. At Dixie Dreams there is over 100 acres of land with 3/4 mile river frontage. The wooded trails and outdoor scenery makes a wonderful place for reflection, privacy and pictures. Our Venue consists of a large, room that can hold up to 200 guests with a Rockwall fireplace,and media equipment.The commercial quality kitchen includes a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and large ice-maker.
