Dear Couples, Thanks for your interest in our exclusive, historic farm! We have several openings for 2025. We are a small family farm available during the Spring and Fall only. Our ancestors established this property in 1826. We named our venue this because we treasure the history of this space, and know there were many long, happy marriages on this land. There are several natural backdrops from which to choose for your ceremony; a log barn built in the 1820s, under an oak tree that is almost 200 years old, next to the pond on the dock, or by the large barn with a few curious horses behind you. Then walk across the green grass to your celebration under a tent, with or without a dance floor, lighting, tables, chairs and linens of your choosing. All of our vendors provide the chairs, tables, tableware, tent, linens, bar services, catering, photography, music, etc.

Agape Acres, nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Agape Acres sits on 43 acres of rolling pastures and is surrounded by woods. This idyllic estate provides breathtaking views and rural tranquility. The grounds abound with horses, a miniature donkey and verdant trees, making this a storybook setting. Agape is Greek for love, reflecting this venue’s commitment to creating a romantic and atmospheric location to celebrate timeless love stories. Large or intimate ceremonies can be held anywhere on the lawns, inside the barn, at the pavilion, or the gazebo overlooking the pond. Inside the barn couples will find a spacious design for dinner, dancing and celebrating. The elegant 2-story barn has a bar & lounge with leather sofas, a wrap-around deck on the top floor, and glittering chandeliers. Outside, the covered pavilion makes for an excellent site to hold receptions during the warm summer months, or even on a crisp autumn evening.

Cateechee combines old-fashioned Southern hospitality with a sophisticated setting. Our clubhouse is over 40,000 square feet and is located on 420 pristine acres. With such a large resort available to you, our event staff will find the ideal setting for your dream wedding.

Charlyn Farms is a barn venue nestled inside 43 acres of mountain serenity. We have private bride and groom spaces for getting ready, 5 bathrooms, climate controlled main space as well as the bride and groom space. We have a stone patio with fireplace for after hours or cocktail hour and a prep kitchen for catering. Charlyn Farms is the ideal rustic elegant event space. Dress it up or be minimal, this space can fit any bride's wedding vision.

Laurel Ridge offers a multitude of outdoor and indoor spaces for the couple to choose from. Incredible architecture, chandeliers, and breathtaking views make them stand out from the rest. With a capacity of up to 300 guests (between renting both the Pavilion and Grand Rustic Lodge), you can host a grand celebration. You can also exchange vows in the open air since the venue is licensed for civil ceremonies. Opportunities for photos are endless on their grounds since it is a venue nestled amidst nature. Cold Creek Farm is a family owned venue, operated by Jeff and Susan Buffington. Located in the North Georgia mountains, it was originally purchased in 2011 to be a working farm with animals and all! A few years and a great deal of hard work later, it is now a place where love is celebrated almost every weekend of the year. You are welcome to talk with the great people who are here to serve you and your guests on your wedding day. Tastings of baked goods, dinner and appetizer options, décor for the reception and ceremony spaces will be set up as well as some additional vendors outside of our packages are here for you to meet and work with.
