With its classic red-stone architecture, stained glass features, custom woodwork ceiling arches, concert-quality sound system, and fine art gallery, the Walters is one of the west side’s most treasured sites for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and other special events. Whether you’d like an intimate family reception for 40 guests, an extravagant party for 200, or an outdoor reception on the lawn, the Walters provides a variety of amenable and affordable options for your big day. Located in the heart of Hillsboro’s historic downtown, this former church is a bustling nexus of cultural activity. Our facility is open Monday through Friday, with private rentals available on Saturday & Sunday.

X-Golf’s state of the art indoor golf simulators offer players unparalleled accuracy and realism. Guests at Ironlight transition between indoor and outdoor spaces through sliding glass doors opening onto two separate rooftop terraces. An enclosed glass lobby welcomes guests into the building. Ironlight accommodates guests indoors with the ability to create custom intimate gathering areas within the space. Parking is conveniently located onsite under the building in addition to an area for ridesharing drop-off/pick-up or valet.

Weddings at Amaterra include expansive views of the Willamette Valley, exceptional wines, and inventive menus for you and your guests to enjoy. When you book with us, you will have exclusive use of the Terrace Lawn for your ceremony as well as the Barrel Room and Skyline Ballroom with connecting terraces for the reception, dinner, and festivities.

The Sanctuary Hall is a stunning, historical landmark in the heart of Portland's Arts District. Step back into time as you bask in the warm glow of 30' hand-made Povey Brothers stained glass installations and run your fingertips along the hand-carved 130 year old Douglas-Fir pews. The Hall's rounded and layered design allows for every wedding to feel like an intimate affair, be it seven people or 700. Beneath the Sanctuary Hall are many more multi-use rooms, including a banquet hall, commercial kitchen, chapel library, multiple dressing rooms. The venue is equipped with modern sound, lighting, and video capturing and streaming equipment. We have a fully functional pipe organ, one of the largest in Oregon, and a 7' Steinway Grand piano at your disposal. As an all-inclusive venue, we include staffing, setup, use of rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc), clean-up, and an event specialist team to assist you with every package!

Oaks Pioneer Chapel is an intimate, historic and affordable wedding venue in Portland, accommodating up to 75 guests for a ceremony with close friends and family. Built in 1851, it is the oldest original structure church in the state of Oregon and by design, its warm wood interior not only reflects the true Pacific NW style, it also creates exceptional acoustics, fostering a truly shared and intimate experience. Non-profit community-owned and operated, OPC offers a year round rate of $1250 for a three-hour booking, including a one-hour rehearsal. We offer convenient packages as well as micro-receptions in our gardens during fair weather months from June-October. The chapel, just 10 minutes from downtown, is nestled in the charming Sellwood-Westmoreland neighborhood near the Willamette River, Sellwood Park, and Oaks Amusement Park, providing a unique and vintage-style setting for weddings and elopements. Oaks Pioneer Church is non-denominational and we welcome everyone here.

There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. Built in 1925 and renovated in 2018 The Melody Event Center offers five distinct event spaces, accommodating up to 1,000 guests and offers flexible floor plans for every occasion. The elegant Melody Ballroom is nearly 6,000 square feet, welcoming up to 400 seated guest or up to 800 standing. The Melody Ballroom stands as our crown jewel with 30 foot high ceiling trimmed in gold, crystal chandeliers and a beautiful hardwood floor. We can help you obtain the permits necessary to utilize the sidewalk, right outside our doors, for cocktail hour overflow. This will allow much more flexibility for ceremony to reception "flips" with a higher guest count, and is also a great option for food trucks.

Introducing Rae Loft at the bakery building, a new light and bright bohemian inspired event venue with beautifully restored hardwood floors, views to the East, architecturally inspired design, high arched ceiling, and plenty of cozy amenities. Rae Loft is the perfect event space for any intimate to mid sized gathering, meeting, or celebration. We offer 3,100 square feet including a kitchenette, modest furnishings (including tables, chairs, linens, glass wear), two gathering rooms, green room, small stage, sound system, and projectors.

Opal 28 is an intimate space, an extension of your living room with a vintage & elegant ambiance. The 2,600 square foot space includes two great rooms, a built-in bar, private outdoor patio and bridal suite accommodations above the venue. The building was originally built in 1908 is conveniently located in inner NE Portland.

We've got options. Bar Carlo is a unique venue that has multiple spaces for mingling. Guests at the bar can spill out into the outdoor, covered space on our very wide sidewalk on a warm night while groups chat on our plush couches and others snack out of view. We even have a covered alley for overflow guests, kid's zone, smoking section, piñatas, dance party, you name it. With a full bar and kitchen, Bar Carlo is a perfect photo-ready relaxed steal.

The Oregon Oddfellows Lodge #3 was one of two buildings to originally receive electric power in Oregon City. Built in 1922, the Lodge was home to the Oddfellows and Friedrich’s Hardware Store until the 1970’s. The completely renovated Arc Light features beautiful wainscotting and unique lighting throughout. Designed for beauty and function, the spaces include a ballroom, cocktail lounge, grand hall, two fully furnished lounges, and two gorgeous bathrooms.
