Our original hardwood floors, exposed brick and open floorplan flooded with natural light gives our space an urban, industrial vibe that’s perfect for a party. After an extensive restoration of this historic building, built in 1902, it was rebranded as Record Box Loft to pay homage to its historic roots. Once known as the Record Printing and Box Company, cereal boxes were printed here for many years in the cereal capital of the world. Mill Hall was built in 1873 and operated as a grain mill until the early 2000s. Following an extensive renovation, the Hall is now ready for use as an event venue. The space features two full floors of entertaining space. Downstairs offers 2800 square feet of formal dining area with full bar, featuring four barn doors to the outside porch. Our rental fee for the ceremony space of $1385 includes: rental of the venue (indoor sanctuary/outdoor courtyard), officiant services, wedding coordinator, custodial services, and premarital counseling materials, and rehearsal time ($100 additional if you plan to serve food at the rehearsal).
