A White Birch wedding arch is also provided. Inside capacity of 200, restrooms were built for 400. There are four 60" windmill fans located in the main hall lower section to keep everyone cool. An additional house is provided for the bride and her bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done. The bride then comes to the Homestead house to get into her dress for first looks and photos. The venue has a Dutch Hoop Barn with a walk-in loft that’s nice for a ceremony or reception. The cottage doubles as a home base for the bridal party on the wedding day (to get ready or hang out a bit) as well as a place for the couple to stay the night of the wedding. The climate-controlled Loft has a deck overlooking the pavilion and surroundings. The pavilion may accommodate up to 250, and it has a climate-controlled kitchen. This is a working farm, with many animals. We have a mix of very old (log house and tobacco barn) with a new kitchen area and restrooms, on public water and sewer. The unique and picturesque country setting is just 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. There is a circa 1800’s barn with exposed post and beam construction, a historic log cabin, a newly constructed Sugar Shack with modern men’s and women’s restrooms, a kitchen, a bar area and a small dining hall. The beautiful large lawn areas are adjacent to the buildings and are appropriate for use as an outdoor ceremony site. We even have a portable white wedding arbor ready to decorate.
