314 Exchange is a gorgeous wedding venue, located in the east-end of Louisville. With the rental, you have the use of the interior and exterior space, as well as tables and chairs to accommodate up to 120 guests. We have many optional add-ons including our 2 bedroom loft, additional table and chair rentals, bar services, set up and clean up, and more!

Our reclaimed barn structure has a clear roof covering, 2 large custom-made chandeliers, 2 small fans, and a hard mulch floor. Market lights encircle the barn structure, draped in the landscape, creating the most beautiful setting for really any kind of event.

    314 Exchange was the perfect venue for our wedding dinner. The space was clean, bright, and extremely well-organized.
