Loved my wedding at this venue! This was the first venue we toured and ultimately decided to book it. The prices are reasonable and the team is great. Isabelle knows what she’s doing. The forecast was calling for rain the day of the wedding. She and her team were constantly watching the radar and working hard to make sure everything was perfect despite the weather. They were great at catering to my husband and I and making sure we had everything we needed the day of and did not stress about a thing

The BEST wedding venue for the views and for the staff! If you want a gorgeous wedding venue with picturesque scenery, feeling like you are so remote, but only 20 minutes from downtown durham, and the best team to support you, then Carolina Grove is your venue! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without the support of the Carolina Grove Team. From the day we did our tour with Melissa we were blown away with the customer experience. We were then paired with Kate as a coordinator and she is absolutely one of the best human beings and made sure everything the day of ran smoothly. We love the Carolina Grove and we loved watching our guests fall in love with it too. 10/10! P.S. Definitely take fun photos in the vault, we love ours!

The Pavilion at Nick's Road made our wedding venue dreams come true. We were initially attracted to the venue because we had many out of town friends in our wedding party, so the fact that they could stay on site made the entire weekend an experience instead of just one quick day. Catherine was such a pleasure to work with and I felt very supported by her at every turn. The venue and land itself is absolutely gorgeous, quiet, and peaceful. We were able to have the fire going at night after all of the wedding shenanigans so that our guests could relax instead of being "kicked out by 10" like other venues. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. If we made one right choice throughout the whole wedding planning process, it was to choose this venue. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

Starlight Meadow was everything we wanted! It rained almost the entire morning of our wedding, but the outdoor ceremony site dried out quickly for us to still be able to get married at the site we had picked out. Beautiful venue, great service, and exactly what we needed for our big day. If you are like me and have your heart set on an outdoor wedding, this is absolutely the way to go to have a built-in backup plan! Sure enough, it rained through almost our entire reception, but we were able to still be outside and under cover in the arena, where we ended up doing everything from the ceremony to dinner to dancing. We wish we could have used the venue as originally planned (with the ceremony under the beautiful oak tree and dancing on the patio in front of the new outdoor fireplace) but I was so happy to not have to move things completely inside, which we would have had to do at other venues. On top of that, Julia and her husband were great to work with throughout the whole process, they provided and offered a lot of what we needed from tables and chairs to decor, the bridal suite and groom’s suite were wonderful comfortable places to get ready, and the horses added just the right fairytale touch.

They made sure everything stayed on schedule and that the event flowed smoothly from start to finish. The venue itself was absolutely stunning, and it created the perfect backdrop for our celebration.
