Someday Bar opened July 6th, 2019. Women owned and run we pride ourselves on being an active part in our community. We are a local neighborhood spot that has over 100 different beers in cans, bottles, & drafts. A seasonally changing cocktail menu and host a variety of pop-up events celebrating talented bartenders. Our cuisine is creative and exceptionally well-done bar fare. We have held events that donate to charities that support victims of domestic abuse, animal foster groups and the troop of homeless Girl Scouts.

We offer events a few ways and have a maximum capacity of 22 guests (including you). During your 2.5 hour turn buy-out event, the menu will be based on what we are serving that week. Our in-house sommelier will work with you to craft a drink package for your party. We also offer a full restaurant buy-out, perfect for an engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, reception, and more! From custom name tags, table settings, flower arrangements and playlists, this party will reflect you. A full restaurant buy-out includes a four course meal, speciality beverage pairing per course, coffee and tea service, and more! Stone Park Cafe, which opened in September 2004, was the longtime dream of owners Josh Foster and Josh Grinker, childhood friends who grew up in Park Slope. In 2011, the pizzeria located right next door to Stone Park Cafe’s kitchen on the 3rd Street side of the restaurant became available, and Josh Foster jumped at the chance to develop a private party venue to operate alongside the restaurant. Bitter Monk is an intimate cocktail bar and the tasting room of our micro-distillery and spirits brand, ATHERAS SPIRITS, specializing in cocktails made primarily from our own house-made Amari, herbal liqueurs and bitters while further exploring our signature style of cocktails that utilizes herbs, spices, wild plants, roots, fruits and flowers, many of which are foraged for us by Tama Matsuoka Wong.
