Located in an urban area near the heart of Santa Rosa is a boutique Italian winery filled with generations of passion and love. Often called an urban "hidden gem" by our guests, our full-production winery offers a charming venue with three separate areas and an array of inclusive amenities. We specialize in wedding celebrations and cherish the magic created by couples who begin their "forever" inside our doors. We offer full catering through our neighboring sister restaurant Cibo Rustico with a menu featuring wood-fired pizzas, pasta, salads, desserts, and specialty dishes. Our max capacity is 120 guests, however, groups of about 50 guests work best in our space. An average price for an all-inclusive wedding with food, service, wine/beer, and all available extras you may want to add on is about $7000. As a Sonoma wine country escape, Dawn Ranch is authentic, historic and unique. Our 3000 square foot space is located in the historic Cotton Mill district of Oakland. Just off the 880 freeway, Flowhouse is located just east of Brooklyn Basin and directly opposite the Embarcadero Cove pier. We have two beautiful dance studios that can be used for dancing as well as dinner set up. One studio can also be used as dressing room area. We also have a beautiful living room and lobby area that can be used for a buffet set up, receiving area, and cocktail area.

OVY Camp and Event Center is a 501c3 non-profit. Each year, we open most weekends between January-May & August-December for events like weddings. Unfortunately, we do not host any weddings June - mid-August since we host our non-profit summer camp programs during that time. All rental fees help fund our OVY Camp scholarship program to bring youth to summer camp that otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity!
